Craft ice maker has broken and stopped working 4x in less than 18 months. All they want to do is force the customer to continue replacing the product at our own expense once it is out of warranty.

I've had to have 5 repairs and still is a piece of junk ! LG will not be my go to anymore. !!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the build construction is a little on the light side. The thickness and sturdiness of the components doesn't match more expensive models, but that doesn't seem to have impacted the performance.
