While I love this feature it does take a full 24 hours for ice to produce. The regular ice maker does have a hard time keeping up with our demand at times. Overall, I would buy this model again.

Purchased this in April 2022 after an extensive search to replace my old refrigerator; had to do some alterations to the space it was going into and get around some other logistic issues with delivery and installation but it was well worth it. Love the features and the space available inside the refrigerator. Love the bright lighting and the flexibility of the convert draw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG fridge/freezer about a month ago and are actually quite pleased. The InstaView® and Door-in-Door® design is such a nice feature. We find that we don't open the main door nearly as much now. What an energy saver that will be! And my wife just LOVES the Craft Ice Maker. :-) So, all I can say is...so far, so good! And that's a good thing.

My previous was a side by side and always found it difficult to access the fridge side. Now it’s a breeze. Only thing I didn’t like was, the drawers and doors have to be pushed close and was not automatic especially the door in door. Otherwise pretty happy!

I bought this fridge for the craft ice maker I bought in 2023 and I have had that ice maker component replace 8 times I honestly hate it as much money as I spent was not worth it they will not replace the fridge they just keep replacing the part should of just bought the fridge and a separate ice maker

This was a very expensive fridge and it's been plagued with issues since I bought it. Struggle with temperature, ice machine breaking all the time, the app sucks and doesn't work most of the time. I hate this fridge and wish I went with kitchenaid or another company known for better quality products. I cook a lot and care a lot about my food staying fresh. Things like milk and produce go bad way faster than they should due to all the issues.

I’m in love with my fridge, a lot space, the lock for the water dispenser it’s kids friendly, the craft eyes makes its the show stopper. Very easy to clean and the filter water I can say better than any retail water.
