Love the craft ice balls and the easy access window, however the temperature in that area isn’t as cold as the main area. The Wi-Fi enabled wouldn’t connect to my phone app but I didn’t spend much time messing with it. I haven’t found a need to control the refrigerator from my phone and for that reason, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

My new LG products make learning how To optimize features and creating, storing, and cleaning a snap! Best of all my kids love the features!

We bought the refrigeration in August 2022. In July 2023 we noticed freezer is not freezing stuff in freezer and ice is not made. We have reported the issue to LG three weeks ago. LG technicians were sent at least three times and parts were changed but it did not improve the refrigerator performance. Finally, it was declared by LG technician that they will refund our money. However, it has been more than two weeks we have not heard anything from LG. Every time I call I have been told that someone will contact us within 24 to 48 hours. We are yet to hear from LG. Definitely "Life's not Good".

For an advanced, connected fridge, it lacks some very important features: 1- No sensing and display of actual temperature in fridge or freezer sections 2- No alert when freezer drawer is not completely closed. Problems with icemaker and bad repair service so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, but love it! Very quiet running with the linear compressor. I didn't think it would have as much room in it as my old one, but I was wrong. This thing holds a lot! The in the door ice maker and water dispenser are absolutely great! And the craft ice maker in the freezer drawer does a great job making those round ice balls! I'm glad I found this one after my old refrigerator quit cooling in the upper part. The view in door is also a great feature. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but I sure do! Quick and easy to get things out that I most use without letting all the cold air out.

Love the smart phone app that shows current conditions of fridge, including control of temperatures, ice maker, etc. My fridge is one month new and already noticed that my fruit and vegetables last longer (shop at the same grocery store).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased end of 2020. Ball ice maker is always having problems. Been replaced once. Freezer stuck in defrost and lost all food. Had to reset unit been working ok for now. Unit is also known to have compressor issues.

This refrigerator was great for 1.5 years.Then our compressor went out which it was repaired today and this was the 2nd technician to come to our house in the past 2 weeks. We have lost so much food in the part 2 week We has another LG refrigerator and our compressor went out it 5 times.
