I bought it about 2 weeks ago. It had a bad kraft ice maker. LG replaced it and now everything works well. It also came with a dent in the instant view door. I called the dent guy and he was able to repair it; however not enough care is taken in shipping

The ice makers are terrific. Yes that is plural makers. One ice maker produces the standard everday life size cubes and the other makes round cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the space saving middle drawer and freezer tray. Food items often get lost in the bottom of the freezer; out-of-sight. The added freezer tray keeps frequently used foods a finger-tip access while the remaining freezer space can be used for other storage. The refrigerator is similarly designed to provide easy access to frequently used items. Thank you LG for providing such a well designed refrigerator. Have had this fridge for over 2 years now. Love the instaview window to look inside. We use the door water and ice dispenser constantly. The large amounts of space in both the fridge and freezer is awesome! We do not use the Wi-Fi portion and cannot comment any further on the subject. Only downside is that we have had to replace a few parts. Overall, we have enjoyed our fridge!

My son just loves the craft ice balls. I love the flex drawer and mini door for my kiddo to grab drinks easily. Everything about this fridge is amazing. I can't wait to eventually get all the other appliances to match this black stainless color.

Particularly the bottom freezer drawer vs the side by side we used to have. The fully convertible drawer is also a nice feature and very convenient for meats and cheeses. One of the best features that was a deal maker is the smaller see through door built on one of the main doors. We like it because items that are reached for most often are stored there and the smaller door to open is a great energy saver. I love the 2 ice makers and the chilled water and ice through the door. I also like the engineering of the new compressor with fewer moving parts to fail and less energy consumption. Very ingenious! The whole engineering design is very energy conscious.

The sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel design looks very good, and the InstaView window is a handy feature that we did not have in the previous other brand refrigerator we owned. The refrigerator maintains consistent temperatures, keeping food fresh longer even in the door-in-door compartments. I love the spacious storage without any space taken away for the ice making, adjustable shelves, and the versatile full-convert French drawer sitting in the middle. The Craft Ice maker that produces ice cubes in a golf ball shape is a nice touch for fruit, wine and other special drinks. The smart features, including Wi-Fi connectivity and the IOS LG ThinQ app, make monitoring and controlling the fridge convenient very easy. Overall, it's energy-efficient and highly functional—We highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a latest technology refrigerator!
