Our craft icemaker quit. Called LG. They had me download LG app. App determined that our 2 5g internet providers could not communicate with it. Wrong frequency. I was asked to go into admin file and change frequency. Called Frontier. They said they do not do this. So, our brand new refer cannot connect to internet to fix itself. Craft icemaker is now dead space in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG refrigerator replaced a Samsung unit that the Company would not stand behind. I’m actually glad the didn’t because the LG unit is far superior in looks and functions much better for our larger family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our new refrigerator. Especially the craft ice although it doesn’t produce a ton of the circle cubes in 24hrs. The only real drawback is taller items can only fit on the right hand side due to that shelf being adjustable versus the left hand side not having a adjustable shelf.

The icemaker is built into the door vs in the fridge area. What a great spacesaver. No one wants to buy a large fridge and give up space for the icemaker. I also love the second icemaker in the freezer drawer. The upper door that opens to just get my favorite beverages saves lots of energy is so handy. The top drawer for things you want to keep colder than the fridge but not frozen works very well. Just one downfall...... the fridge has so much room, I had to go grocery shopping to fill it up (not really a downfall). Thank you LG for making my dream fridge a reality! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very big fridge inside with lots of storage. I have had it for 8 months and have not had consistent craft ice. Finally I called cause it was supposed to give 6 at a time and it wouldn’t do it. their suggestion was drop it to -4 degrees. Why I dunno but I did. Still not much, then they sent out a tech cause they said something was wrong with it after they did a test remotely? And the tech came out and said I needed a new ice maker. But when he left it stopped working all together. Too one works bottom one doesn’t. It supposed to be fixed in a week. Other than that. Great fridge. But I’m not holding my breath I’m sure something else will fall apart in a few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a ton of space. The freezer area is easy to access and holds ice cream packages upright where my last unit would not. The craft ice is very cool and has become a favorite to me.

The crisper drawers are great at keeping the fruits and vegetables fresh for long periods of time. Temperatures are quite accurate and the water/ice & crushed ice work great. The "knock on door" feature is nice as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for about two weeks ago before my party. It is so spacious and I love it. The only thing I would say they need to improve is the freezer part. It is too deep to get the stuff. Other than that, I definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the ice maker is in the door, gives me a lot more room in my fridge than my old one. The round ice in the freezer is really cool. I love the option the the drawer can be used as a fridge of freezer, currently it has soda in it.

We love this fridge so much, it is the 2nd one we purchased. Our first was in a home we recently sold. The fridge was always a positive feature of the kitchen. When we moved, we bought another one for our new home. We love it. We love storing everyday drinks, etc in the preview door area. The fridge is large enough to store a lot of stuff. The freezer is also roomy. And we love the convertible drawer. And let's not forget the craft ice maker!!!
