We bought the refrigeration in August 2022. In July 2023 we noticed freezer is not freezing stuff in freezer and ice is not made. We have reported the issue to LG three weeks ago. LG technicians were sent at least three times and parts were changed but it did not improve the refrigerator performance. Finally, it was declared by LG technician that they will refund our money. However, it has been more than two weeks we have not heard anything from LG. Every time I call I have been told that someone will contact us within 24 to 48 hours. We are yet to hear from LG. Definitely "Life's not Good".

We bought this refrigerator in November but had a long delivery delay so it did not show up until January. First thing, I love all things LG and why we decided to change out our refrigerator and range for LG. The upsides of this refrigerator are the capacity and storage space. However the shelves could be more adjustable because although spacious their relatively narrow height adjustment can be limited once you fill the convenience door with tall items. We end up laying some items on their side as the hideaway shelf provides a limited amount of extra tall storage space. The in door ice maker seems to have an under sized rotor arm so agitation of the ice is lacking. We dispense at least one full glass fail to keep the ice moving as well as rotating the ice maker bin all together. The craft ice dispenser worked regularly for one full week then quit. We have only had the refrigerator for three weeks and I have not had the chance to remove the lower drawer to access the reset button which was a recommended fix so the jury is out there.

There is not as much space for standing-up bottles between the shelves and the doors. We've made it work, but we depend more on the shelves (with the bottles lying down) than taking out a shelf to set them vertically. The big concern is the ice makers. The craft ice maker is amazing when it works, but we've had to have it replaced twice in the year of owning it. The door version works well but has little capacity compared to the production rate. If you're in the fridge a lot and the temperature does not get low enough around the maker, it won't make ice.

The frig we bought less than a year ago, seems to be working fine. The problem we have had is with the ice maker in the bottom freezer. it make the round ice cubes, and it is already acting up. The issue we have, is there is not a LG authorized repair person in my area. So LG's solution is to have

That one lived only five years, matching every single GE branded fridge I had before. Therefore, it was time for moving to something new. After reading many reviews, I was a thorn of buying this LG. I loved the design and the new features. The water dispenser, separate from the water, the craft ice, the easy access glass door, and the digital integration with wifi. I worried about the bad reviews. However, none of the problems reported were accurate. The only problem was with me. I should have triple-checked the dimensions. The crew who installed it had trouble moving it through my utility room door. They did an excellent job. In hindsight, I should have bought the counter depth. To clarify, I also have a brand new sub-zero 42-inch fridge in my kitchen, so this is our backup fridge where our LG washer/drier is. The quality is much lower than subzero {as expected}, but for the price, it looks and works great. I will have to see how long it will go.

I’ve had the refrigerator for a little over two years. I would rate this four out of five stars. Only a couple of minor nagging design issues. For me, I would love it if I could reach in and quickly grab it an item from a crisper drawer without having to open both French doors. Also, the craft icemaker has been replaced twice now. We are covered under warranty which is awesome. It frequently stops working no understanding of what the issue is. Just a new unit installed each time. I mention it because it was definitely one of the deciding factors in choosing this unit over another, and it was a pricey feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge for a newly constructed home. We love the dual ice makers. Especially the craft ice maker for when I serve myself those old fashions cocktails. The space in the fridge is great as well. I love the middle drawer compartment because you can choose to use it as refrigerator space or if you need more freezer space you can adjust the temp with a simple click of a button. We use the quick access door a lot too. This is where we keep our condiments, cream cheese, milk, juice etc. It stays nicely cooled as well. We have not had any issues. I still have to figure out how to connect it to the wifi but so far we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was more than we expected. The Great finish was highly protected and no damage happened during installation. I'm glad we were able to remove the house slider rather than the fridge doors to get the unit inside.
