[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator to replace our older Samsung that was just not working anymore. Love how much space and how many things you can fit into it, all with still feeling like it’s not full. Would have given a five star review but wifi features will not work and have tried several times, all with no resolve to tue issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator back in February 2023. I like it except the air filter cover is not properly attached and when I tried it it broke off. I’d like to get a new one replaced as it’s still under warranty

I love the size of the refrigerator and most of the features, but I'm having problems with 2 of my 3 ice options. When I use crushed ice often it jams the ice maker and stops producing ALL ICE!!!! I have to unstick the cubes that are in the tray so they will bump and start making ice again. The problem is you don't know the crushed ice jammed the ice maker until you got to get ice and nothing in the door holder to dispense! The craft ice has just stopped working. I tried all of the fixes listed in the manual and it has not resolved the issue. The instaview door is convenient but does not keep those items as cold as the refrigerator does. I do love the smudge proof finish!!!! Be prepared to preplace the filters every 5-6 months. They are sleek and don't take up refrigerator spce though. It's not even a year old and looks like I'll be calling for service on the craft ice maker!

It arrived on January 4 but was not working properly because the delivery guys had to take the doors off to get it into our house & didn’t put them on right so it took a technician from LG to fix it. (One week later) Have not had any problems since, hope it stays that way, then I won’t have anything negative to say…. Like it so far !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall design is great, but... the ice in the indoor icemaker often turns to a brick, the flap in between the fridge doors gets stuck in the wrong position when the doors close leaving a gap that lets the cold air out, the fridge shelves do not have enough options for height adjustment, the craft icemaker has failed, there's no way to retrieve any craft ice that has fallen out of the ice bucket into the back of the freezer, milk spoils faster when left in the outer door so the knock knock option really still requires the door to be opened to see if we need more milk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large size, the Instaview Door-in-door, the middle drawer with adjustable temp, the well designed freezer drawers, the craft ice balls, and the exterior water / ice cube / crushed ice dispenser. The only issue for us was that the air filter cover was very hard to remove and figuring out about that online was more complicated than it should have been. The customer phone support was very good though and it worked out.

Have had this fridge for over 2 years now. Love the instaview window to look inside. We use the door water and ice dispenser constantly. The large amounts of space in both the fridge and freezer is awesome! We do not use the Wi-Fi portion and cannot comment any further on the subject. Only downside is that we have had to replace a few parts. Overall, we have enjoyed our fridge!

This fridge is so well laid out tandem all the space is more usable than other refrigerators. The middle drawer being accessible from the outside is the way to go. Put all of the items like drinks, lunch meats, or anything that is frequently used to make it easier for everyone. The kids love the craft ice for their drinks and I love how there is a switch for each ice maker. You cannot go wrong with this refrigerator. Great job LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the space saving middle drawer and freezer tray. Food items often get lost in the bottom of the freezer; out-of-sight. The added freezer tray keeps frequently used foods a finger-tip access while the remaining freezer space can be used for other storage. The refrigerator is similarly designed to provide easy access to frequently used items. Thank you LG for providing such a well designed refrigerator.
