[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are just in love with our new fridge. It has so much room! We got the full depth one, and sometimes I feel too short to reach the top and back. My son just loves the craft ice balls. I love the flex drawer and mini door for my kiddo to grab drinks easily. Everything about this fridge is amazing. I can't wait to eventually get all the other appliances to match this black stainless color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pondered at length about spending the extra money on the extra features of this refrigerator. I am so happy that I did. It is a joy in so many ways. I love the flexibility of the ice maker. The door-in-door feature is used three times more than opening the big door thus conserving the cool and electricity. The extra drawer with temperature control allows me the flexibility to stock up on items when I am planning a party or big dinner. The freezer has adequate space for my shopping needs. I absolutely love this refrigerator!

The door in door is so convenient and saves you electricity not having to open up the whole refrigerator. The french doors make it easy to see what is in the refrigerator and easier access. The great filter makes the water actually taste good. The deli drawer and freezer drawers allow you to actually see what you have in the freezer instead of having to remove stuff in front to see what is in back. And of course it makes round ice cubes.

So many features and options. My favorites are the chiller drawer and the craft ice. The knock knock feature is fun too. Highly recommended this and any LG products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French door design, in door storage and fully convertible drawer- makes me wonder if I overbought in size! I have a lot of room! The convertible drawer is excellent for all of my husband's lunch items and frees up room for other stuff. The double drawer in the freezer section is great for organizing. Just working on the ice production- the bin is not very large.

The best feature is the small door to just get out beverages, etc. I also like the convertible drawer that can be used different ways. Am so glad that we purchased this frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall design is great, but... the ice in the indoor icemaker often turns to a brick, the flap in between the fridge doors gets stuck in the wrong position when the doors close leaving a gap that lets the cold air out, the fridge shelves do not have enough options for height adjustment, the craft icemaker has failed, there's no way to retrieve any craft ice that has fallen out of the ice bucket into the back of the freezer, milk spoils faster when left in the outer door so the knock knock option really still requires the door to be opened to see if we need more milk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors have little too no resistance when opening or closing if you don’t hold on they just slammed into things I’m not sure mine were installed correctly when they took them off to get them in the house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue was that the refrigeration didn't reach cooling/freezing setting for three days. On 4th day everything seemed to work fine. Regardless, LG sent a tech. The tech said there was nothing wrong, and often times the refrigerator needs time to settle in. LG should notify purchasers of this possibiltiy.

Did not receive it until mid May as it was “back ordered” and the craft ice maker stopped working and started leaking and making mess only two months after. And now the part is “back ordered” and I’m not gonna receive it until next month. The fridge has only one year manufacture warranty and it is gonna be spend on “ back ordered”,…. Not satisfied with either product or the service!
