[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're in love love love with LG... and our new dor in door refrigerator. Not only does it look beautiful in our kitchen more importantly it is functional and serves us well. Everything has a place and is in its place... the convert drawer is absolutely awesome; we have used it as a deli drawer and a wine and beverage cooler so far. I know when we use the drawer as a freezer it will be just as awesome. We're "smitten" with the door in door... what a fabulous idea... with a slight tap on the door, you can see what's inside. We keep all our condiments, juice, water, ~ you know, all those items you can readily grab. The freezer is roomy with a slide out drawer. And... just a wipe of a cloth cleans the surface. Yep, we absolutely love our LG Refrigerator. We want to say our previous refrigerator was also LG... we had it 15 years and was completely satisfied with its performance and with LG service... it's a no brainer why we replaced it with a new LG.

I bought this for our brand new home and love everything about it. My grandkids think it's the coolest thing to knock on the door and see it light up like magic. I've used the flex drawer as both fridge and freezer and am impressed at how well it keeps food just as I want it. I've even used the wifi for setting up the flex drawer while out shopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago and for the most part am satisfied. However, several areas for improvement. The see through window is just that, see through all of the time even with the interior light off. Ice from the main ice maker melts much faster than ice from my previous LG refrigerator. Craft ice is nice feature, but not totally clear and melts almost as fast as regular cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bouhght this about 2 weeks ago and I have got to say the size of this fridge without the doors doesn't fit through a regular size doorway we had to completely take it apart to get it through our front door. The ice plus really doesn't make much ice and the craft ice will only make 6 in a week but I've put another plastic bin in the freezer to empty the top ice maker when it's full so we can have enough ice for a family of 4. The compartments in the door are very small and limited space and the same with the regular shelves inside there isn't any way to maneuver them to optimize the space it all seems very awkward placement and I also saw that you have to be careful with what you put on the top shelf in the door with window cause it can block the cold air vent which can cause the rest of the items on bottom of the door shelf do not get a sufficient amount of cold air but I learned to move everything on that top shelf closer towards the window so that the air can blow through to get to those bottom shelves as well. All in all everything is so far so good with the fridge. Now the LG Thinq app is another story when you log the food you have in the fridge it will not let you add a shelf life to it which is kind of annoying because that would be great to have that feature so you can get notifications for things that are about to expire. And I do like the recipes on the app those are an added bonus.

The space is very well situated and organized for convenience that makes a meaningful difference in every day life for our very busy family.

I love all the features middle drawer, ice/water indoor plus the craft ice cubes in freezer compartment and the outer door to store most used items without opening the whole refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a month ago. It is beautiful and very spacious. I haven’t even been able to fill it up!!! We love the convertible drawer and especially the easy access door. All of our frequently used items are easily accessible and very organized.

I love the size of the refrigerator and most of the features, but I'm having problems with 2 of my 3 ice options. When I use crushed ice often it jams the ice maker and stops producing ALL ICE!!!! I have to unstick the cubes that are in the tray so they will bump and start making ice again. The problem is you don't know the crushed ice jammed the ice maker until you got to get ice and nothing in the door holder to dispense! The craft ice has just stopped working. I tried all of the fixes listed in the manual and it has not resolved the issue. The instaview door is convenient but does not keep those items as cold as the refrigerator does. I do love the smudge proof finish!!!! Be prepared to preplace the filters every 5-6 months. They are sleek and don't take up refrigerator spce though. It's not even a year old and looks like I'll be calling for service on the craft ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue was that the refrigeration didn't reach cooling/freezing setting for three days. On 4th day everything seemed to work fine. Regardless, LG sent a tech. The tech said there was nothing wrong, and often times the refrigerator needs time to settle in. LG should notify purchasers of this possibiltiy.
