[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG fridge/freezer about a month ago and are actually quite pleased. The InstaView® and Door-in-Door® design is such a nice feature. We find that we don't open the main door nearly as much now. What an energy saver that will be! And my wife just LOVES the Craft Ice Maker. :-) So, all I can say is...so far, so good! And that's a good thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new refrigerator is awesome! The size is very convenient. It's easy to store plenty of food and still have extra space. It took us a while to get used to the middle door, but now we use that the most. Since the drinks now go in the front door for easy access, we made the top shelf short and moved all of the condiments (that would normally be in the door) there. I love being able to get our water and tea so easily using the front mini-door and being able to tap the door to make sure no one has put an empty container back in (teenagers!). Everyone else loves the cocktail ice cubes and, I have to say, they are pretty awesome! Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and definitely recommend it for larger families.

I have had my fridge for a few months now and I’m very pleased with it. I like being able to change the drawer to either refrigerator or freezer. The craft ice is really neat however mine broke. I contacted LG under warranty and they sent a replacement right away with no hassles. I have synced my fridge to the Thin-Q app and I’m able to change temps on fridge and freezer. I can run diagnostics on the app also. Overall I’m real happy with my purchase.

I bought this fridge for home use, it is huge, and it will not fit your standard kitchen-size cabinets, its depth is too big, so, I had to adjust the depth by going into the wall. But the fridge itself works fine. I like the ice balls, even my wife thinks it is not necessary, also the icemaker works fine with small pieces. Everything is fine except the first lower sliding door is a little noisy, and does not have a smooth movement. Sometimes the water dispenser stops working due to programming, but overall the fridge is great. I like that you can customize some options over your smartphone, like the temperature and some ice features. I like the fridge and recommend it.

The different compartments are great for storing vegetables, fruit, cheese etc. Still learning all the features. Ice maker and ice dispenser are great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this expensive high end fridge which looks great BTW, and performs well as a fridge and freezer. Since I have had it the deluxe ice maker has broken twice the first time after 10 weeks and the icemaker was replaced with a new icemaker the second time was 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty ran out. Now I am on my own even if I buy the extended warranty which BTW is over the top.

It’s so roomy inside and has a clean, uncluttered look . I was actually very surprised at how large the freezer door is, as I’ve never had a bottom freezer before . The convertible drawer in the middle is nice too, if you need extra freezer space or want to chill wine .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 6 months ago and it has performed beutifully. We live in central Florida, east coast where we have a lot of lightening. After several storms, the ice maker quit. I used the app on my phone to chat with a representative. After a few questions, they were able to determine that a new ice maker was needed. A day later technician showed up confirmed the situation and because he didn't have the new model on his truck, he overnighted a new one to our hause. 2 days later he was back and installed it in a very short time.
