[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large size, the Instaview Door-in-door, the middle drawer with adjustable temp, the well designed freezer drawers, the craft ice balls, and the exterior water / ice cube / crushed ice dispenser. The only issue for us was that the air filter cover was very hard to remove and figuring out about that online was more complicated than it should have been. The customer phone support was very good though and it worked out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for about two weeks ago before my party. It is so spacious and I love it. The only thing I would say they need to improve is the freezer part. It is too deep to get the stuff. Other than that, I definitely recommend it!

Not only does the stove look fabulous it works just as well the Wi-Fi works with my apps and my Alexa. I really don’t know about what everybody is talking about in the reviews how it doesn’t work and it doesn’t connect to their services they’re probably not doing it the right way the thin Q app works perfectly with all my TVs and my stove and I can’t wait for the fridge and dishwasher to arrive so I can have everything connected the convection oven is awesome so is the air fryer portion the only thing that bothers me is that my little kids love to knock on the window to see what’s inside so all you hear is knocking but it’s good to know that it actually works

My family of 4 always has a fresh supply of fruits or veggies to choose from. Food stays fresh longer in this fridge. We had an issue with the craft ice maker not working. They came out and replaced the whole craft ice maker portion and now it works. It was super easy to get the replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I’ve had a technician out three times. The water in the door drips. The ice spheres aren’t fully formed. The mullin flap is broken again. The ice in the door is all melted together. Do not buy this. If I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve had this fridge for about two months and love it. It has so much room on the shelves and in all the drawers. I especially like the separate drawer for snacks. It saves a lot of room for the rest of the items in the fridge. The access to items on the door without having to open the whole fridge is nice too. My only objection is there is little room for talker items on the shelves. I also love the appearance. It’s very classy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new fridge for 2 months and I love it! I wasn’t expecting to like the separate door on the front, but now it is a winner in my eyes. I like having the option of regular ice up on top and round craft ice down below. I use the craft ice with company, drinks, and for my water container for school. LG’s design for ice up on top is far superior than Samsung’s!

I bought this refrigerator just over a month ago and we love all the features it has. Especially the craft ice maker is one of our favorite. The space is fantastic and the quick access door works even better than expected. I didn't realize I wanted one until I had the experience. The only flaw (if you want to call it that) is that the water dispenser does not provide cold water. The water that comes out is room temperature water where in all the other refrigerators I have owned they provide chilled water. I called customer service and they stated that due to the small reservoir and its location, the water does not chill. That is literally the only complaint we have with the refrigerator and its not something that will make or break the decision. We are enjoying it very much.

I bought my refrigerator a couple of months ago and I like the features. The craft ice is great, although I wish it had a higher production rate as the craft ice is preferred over the door ice. The refrigerator has a very large capacity and the see through door is useful. Overall, I would recommend it.

Fridge is great except it does not really have room for all your condiments;Be prepared to remove a shelf. Also have had an error “FF E” for a while. Support says to manually defrost for 7 hours. Thankfully I have a 2nd fridge for this. How over the error keeps returning. Support keeps “disconnecting “ but I will keep trying to get repairs. Fridge is not old at all. Outside all the issues, it’s nice.
