[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this almost two months ago. It works great! We love the 3 different types of ice! The dogs get the craft ice in their water and love it! Mom loves it in a drink too! The knock on the door is fun, and I love being able to grab the necessities without opening both doors! I believe that is saving us money on electricity too! We have all Lg appliances and tv's too, We haven't had any issues with any of them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 6 months ago. Craft ice maker has already broken, they sent out a repair and it still does not work. Repairman says he fixes LG refrigerators every day all day. Only solution LG has for this problem is to keep replacing the ice maker. The fridge is shallow and really does not hold as much as I thought it would due to design. The freezer is also shallow, the top shelf does not slide back far enough to access the bottom shelf easily. I do not recommend.

We have owned other LG refrigerators in the past but this model really caught our eye. Being able to see inside the main compartment was a bonus. I like the ease of moving shelves, the smooth as glass moving parts such as drawer dividers, craft ice, small footprint ice maker, well crafted fit and finish. Don't forget it has so.e wifi control as well as diagnostics. Pretty well thought out in my opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old unit with this one. It is amazing how I get 5+ cu ft of more room in the same footprint. I am really enjoying the flexibility with the Full-Convert drawer. I love the three ice options, cube, crushed and craft. The craft ice took 3+ days for the first batch, but has been dropping every 24 hours since. So far the whole family is thrilled with the new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with most of it, however the design of the shelving is very poor. They do NOT attach well to each other, thus they droop in the middle. I will have to jury - rig it to keep the shelves level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made in 2021 and it’s now 2023 and the App diagnostics says it’s working fine but it doesn’t get cold at all. It worked for a while and then just broke. I’m not the original owner but for a fridge that is just 2 years old shows poor craftsmanship or something I’m not sure and I don’t think there is anything I can do about it. Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this expensive high end fridge which looks great BTW, and performs well as a fridge and freezer. Since I have had it the deluxe ice maker has broken twice the first time after 10 weeks and the icemaker was replaced with a new icemaker the second time was 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty ran out. Now I am on my own even if I buy the extended warranty which BTW is over the top.

But I was able to call up and get it replaced right away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge. Love the size. Really like the two ice makers. The flex drawer is very handy and we use it for cheese and lunchmeat. We are having some issues with the ice maker in the door. We think it is freezing up. This time the bin was completely empty of ice and of course would to dispense. Two days later I look in the bin and there is ice again and now it dispenses. We are confused about it. But all and all we love this fridge.
