The shelves inside the upper portion are perfect. The two different ice features is an added bonus. Love the craft ice in the freezer compartment. The design and configuration of the model is worth the price. The front dispenser has features I use daily especially the different water measurements for cooking. No need for a measuring cup.

It also saves on energy by not having to open the entire door just to get a drink. The premeasured water buttons are a plus plus plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been 2 weeks since I received the refrigerator. Love it so far, especially the middle draw. The temperature for this drawer is adjustable. Instead of storing produce, I changed it to a lower temperature to cool drinks for a party. I used to have to put drinks in a portable cooler and buy ice to keep it cold. Well, that no longer is the case. The sliders in this drawer is also adjustable, so I was able to lay a few rows of soda cans, and a row of water bottle. Very versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 6 months ago and it has performed beutifully. We live in central Florida, east coast where we have a lot of lightening. After several storms, the ice maker quit. I used the app on my phone to chat with a representative. After a few questions, they were able to determine that a new ice maker was needed. A day later technician showed up confirmed the situation and because he didn't have the new model on his truck, he overnighted a new one to our hause. 2 days later he was back and installed it in a very short time.

Outside of our home, this is our best investment yet. The craft ice is the bomb! We love our matching LG kitchen appliances that we bought a brand new LG washer dryer pair, and televisions. The convert a drawer is perfect for drinks and kids snacks - they can reach it and. It always asking for things. The freezer top pull out sun is perfect for ice cream cakes and stopping the “black hole” of freezer baskets. The viewing door is perfect for figuring out what’s where and it’s great for grab and go items - not opening the entire fridge door for a lil more cereal milk. And the craft ice - amazing

Terrible fridge. It should have been completely replaced, but instead, they just keep sending technicians that don’t know what they’re doing.

I’ve waiting for this Refrigerator for a long time due to The Pandemic, but finally it’s here and I’m very excited. After living with an old half working refrigerator this one is a big upgrade. Very pleased. It looks great in my kitchen. It’ works great , the craft ice is a nice feature when entering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large size, the Instaview Door-in-door, the middle drawer with adjustable temp, the well designed freezer drawers, the craft ice balls, and the exterior water / ice cube / crushed ice dispenser. The only issue for us was that the air filter cover was very hard to remove and figuring out about that online was more complicated than it should have been. The customer phone support was very good though and it worked out.
