I absolutely LOVE the design, space, and functionality of this refrigerator. It is a bit concerning that before it was even a year old I had to have two service calls to replace faulty parts. I am keeping my fingers crossed that nothing else goes wrong with it now that it is out of warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this LG French Door refrigerator/freezer in March of 2023. Wife really loves the size and easy access. Very convenient to view high frequent items like milk, juice and eggs from the glass door. Craft ice is also great and the freezer makes it so easy to get items that are use frequently like ice cream and snacks. Definitely would buy it again.

Wow....not only surprised by how QUIET the unit is but how much I enjoy "Peeking" into the unit to check on how many snack's are still available, after the Kids finish playing with it!!! Lots and lots of room and continue to enjoy the Ice Production features....lots of Kids drinks!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made in 2021 and it’s now 2023 and the App diagnostics says it’s working fine but it doesn’t get cold at all. It worked for a while and then just broke. I’m not the original owner but for a fridge that is just 2 years old shows poor craftsmanship or something I’m not sure and I don’t think there is anything I can do about it. Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago because my old one quit cooling in the refrigerator upper part. Freezer still kept things frozen. After researching and looking at different models, I decided to go with this LG and I'm glad I did. Works like a charm, very quiet, has more room in it than I originally thought. The craft ice feature is really nice. The look through door on the right side is terrific! I can open that part up and get out what I need without letting a lot of the cold air out. And the door cooling feature keeps everything in the doors the same temperature as the rest of the unit. The convertible drawer is a terrific feature as well. I keep meat and cheese in it now, but can turn it into a freezer compartment if I need more freezer space.

This LG refrigerator performs very well. No major issues with it. I have never called for service. I called LG once about the ice extrusion from the tray. Often the ice is near to the sensor and ice does not extrude. I have to manually clear the ice from the sensor.. often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More accurate measurements should be provided. I cut through a wall behind it and cut the bottom off a cabinet to get it in. Would have preferred to have it installed when delivered but provided measurements weren't accurate enough. The unit itself has been well accepted by my wife and I. Lots of space which we have to organize better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator that we have had. Love the features! Love how it is so easy and neat to store all our items. They are neat and well organized. Love the ice choices that it offers: crushed, whole and round ice that look beautiful. Love the door in door feature. Lastly, the refrigerator looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen. So beyond happy!

Having owned a predecessor, same size, same style, it’s hard to keep my faith that we will come out ahead, but we are hoping. The last one crapped out in three years, and after being repaired, gave us another two years. Here’s hoping. The design is nice, not sure what the purpose of the transparent door is. Overall, its why we bought the first one, size and doors capable of opening without needing to expose the entire inside to the elements. Everything else is also the same as the other LG fridge we had, except for the second ice maker which makes ice balls nearly half the size of a baseball. We are just hoping to have a better time with this unit.
