[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I’ve had a technician out three times. The water in the door drips. The ice spheres aren’t fully formed. The mullin flap is broken again. The ice in the door is all melted together. Do not buy this. If I could give zero stars I would.

My only concern is the reduced shelf space in the main refrigerator area as compared to my old fridge. The middle refrigerator/freezer convertible drawer is a nice feature, but it reduces the height of the main compartment a bit. With the shorter space, options are to have shorter shelf space or fewer shelves.

The best feature is the small door to just get out beverages, etc. I also like the convertible drawer that can be used different ways. Am so glad that we purchased this frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our new refrigerator. Especially the craft ice although it doesn’t produce a ton of the circle cubes in 24hrs. The only real drawback is taller items can only fit on the right hand side due to that shelf being adjustable versus the left hand side not having a adjustable shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this fridge and I was a bit skepticle with some of the features like the craft ice and the instaview door. Well, those are now my favorite features of the fridge. The instaview door is great to grab frequently used things without opening the entire fridge, great energy saving idea. I ablsolutely love the craft ice. I use it every day in my drinks, melts slower so it keeps your drinks nice and cold without diluting. The flexible middle drawer that can be used as a fridge or freezer space is genius. I actually love the design of the freezer. I was worried about it being too deep and losing stuff at the bottom but, there is a hidden drawer inside that prevents that. Our last fridge was a side by side and the french doors are a huge improvement! we had a party and I could easily fit large platters and also a sheet cake inside. Great fridge, would highly recommend :o)

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 10 year old appliance that was having issues. After 3 of use so far we are very pleased with the quality, and overall function of this refrigerator. It has a much larger capacity, newer features and a noticeable improvement over the old applicants. Also having the ThinQ app makes it easy review how this appliance is working.

I honestly thought the craft ice would be a novelty and wouldn't use it much. But now I find myself rarely using the ice machine from the door. The outside small door accessing the door is super useful as well. Then having the ice maker built into the door creates so much room within the fridge itself.

My freezer door did not seal properly unless i pushed it closed hard. I thought it was out of alignment. However over the phone..the tech figured out that it had iced up (probably due to me not closing it tightly one time). So he had me defrost the ice on rail. It completely solved the issue in 10 minites!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of the features my new refrigerator has. I use the easy access door every morning so it is easy to get my breakfast foods. The dual ice is great for entertaining and the fact that the ice is in the door gives me so much more room in my fridge for more food. I only have one refrigerator and this one holds more than any that I have had in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge a few weeks ago, although the craft ice is not a perfect sphere, I still like it. Door in door is a great feature I use most of the time. Fridge would be perfect if there wasn't a slight fluctuation of temp differences and a slight hum noise which I hope won't get louder. The ThinQ app was a bit of a disappointment. Wished you could do more with the app as far as seeing the current temps in the fridge, what doors are currently open or closed, eta when craft ice is about to drop, etc. We will see how it goes after the 1st month goes.
