[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 year old LG bit the dust over Snowvid 2021 and so we were on a mission for the Top O' the Line cooling device for the house. We never knew how many choices there were!! So overwhelming!! Tablets in a 'fridge? Who knew? I have enough electronics!! Well as we perused, the gentleman asked, "do you like craft ice"? It was that instant we both said "ummm yeah"! He said "let me show the CADILLAC of the refrigerator world!! Well ok then!! We have loved it every day since.. We love the KNOCK KNOCK we play and who doesn't love craft ice!! I also love the app, LG ThinQ! It lets me change how many craft balls the "Starship Enterprise" (yes she has a name) produces for the day and sets Ice Plus if we need more ice! I can keep an eye on the temp as well!! So awesome!! We couldn't be more pleased with our new addition!!!

Everything's great except the left door bangs too hard when closing. Have to close the door very gently otherwise it'd be like slamming on it. Something LG needs to work on to improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the ice maker is in the door, gives me a lot more room in my fridge than my old one. The round ice in the freezer is really cool. I love the option the the drawer can be used as a fridge of freezer, currently it has soda in it.

The space is very well situated and organized for convenience that makes a meaningful difference in every day life for our very busy family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In shopping for our new fridge we had a list of wants and musts. This fridge meet all our checkboxes. Here is what we love: - Exterior- beautiful design- the water/ice dispenser area is tall enough for our sports bottles and pitcher. The knocking feature for the light gives a quick view. The quick access door-in-door allows us to quickly grab what we need without having to get into the fridge. The 3 bins are huge and holds large gallon milk, juices, wine bottles,... -Inside- spacious, glass shelves that are easily removable, deep veg/fruit bins are removable as well for easy cleaning. The ice maker on this is inside the left door so top left corner of fridge is avail space. I placed a 14' lazy susan there for all my condiments with lots of room to spare. - Middle drawer- convertible drawer that has separate controller to be whatever you need it to be. Fridge or freezer. Has 2 movable dividers to keep things organized. - Freezer- deep bin with a movable divider. Large tray that slides out above for better organization. Built in 2nd ice maker that makes ice balls. Perfect for sports bottles and drinks as it melts slower. Quietly drops 3 or 6 balls per day per your setting. These were a big hit yesterday for Christmas. Overall: Spaciouse, high quality, beautifully designed and functional fridge. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the design, space, and functionality of this refrigerator. It is a bit concerning that before it was even a year old I had to have two service calls to replace faulty parts. I am keeping my fingers crossed that nothing else goes wrong with it now that it is out of warranty!
