[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After research and several discussions, my husband and I decided to purchase Our first LG refrigerator. Let me tell you, this was the best decision to made. I absolutely love the fact that there is so much storage space. The knock knock feature on the right door creates a huge buzz when we have company over. The middle drawer we have designated for our two year old. She gets a kick out of knowing she has her own section of the refrigerator specifically for her. Plus, it makes it easier for us and her so that she may grab whatever she wants out of the fridge. The motor makes very little noise. We have not used the ice maker/water dispenser as of yet, but we are making adjustments in the kitchen to be able to do so. Otherwise I am absolutely satisfied in my purchase!!!

Fridge is great except it does not really have room for all your condiments;Be prepared to remove a shelf. Also have had an error “FF E” for a while. Support says to manually defrost for 7 hours. Thankfully I have a 2nd fridge for this. How over the error keeps returning. Support keeps “disconnecting “ but I will keep trying to get repairs. Fridge is not old at all. Outside all the issues, it’s nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had LG kitchen appliances for years and just are so happy that we went ahead and got the refrigerator with the extra bells and whistles. I LOVE the flex drawer!!! It's great for frozen pizzas if I know the kids are having extra people over or for me to chill some wine when I have my friends over!! My husband loves the craft ice! He is like a little kid all over again when he comes home from work. Also the access to the water filter is so convenient. I love that it is in the door now and not at the top of the inside. I had the hardest time reaching it when it was up high. Now I have no issues changing the water filter. Also the fact that the water is measured out is so so convenient. Makes my cooking and baking go all the faster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 3 year old LG that died. This new LG is terrific so far. We love the flexible drawer (can be fridge or freezer) and the craft ice balls are AWESOME. The smart features are really the Biden gem of this unit: it monitors your usage (what days and times do use the most ice, when do you usually have the door opening a lot) and works to ensure you’re never out of ice or have less than ideally cold food. Our old LG’s “smart” features,… weren’t. Constantly had to enable Ice Plus etc to keep up. Now it’s automatic. The redesigned fridge storage sections are really great. The condiments door is terrific. The freezer is cavernous. By far the best fridge feature for feature you can buy right now. Super happy with it. Also bought the optional 5 year full warranty because we really want to keep this fridge long term.

It is a great treat to get this craft ball ice for any of your fancy drinks. But for some reason that not even the technician can explain, this is our 3 ice maker. Let’s cross fingers and hope this time will last more than 2 months! The rest of the fridge is amazing!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all the features. Easy see through door is convenient. Craft ice is nice but is slow to make. Only 3 cubes in 24 hrs. Not sure if it can be set to make more cubes. Not enough shelf adjustments. Had to remove one shelf to make room for taller items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge a few weeks ago, although the craft ice is not a perfect sphere, I still like it. Door in door is a great feature I use most of the time. Fridge would be perfect if there wasn't a slight fluctuation of temp differences and a slight hum noise which I hope won't get louder. The ThinQ app was a bit of a disappointment. Wished you could do more with the app as far as seeing the current temps in the fridge, what doors are currently open or closed, eta when craft ice is about to drop, etc. We will see how it goes after the 1st month goes.

Ice should be made every 1.5 hours however (after 3 tests) it is only making ice every 2.6 hours. Ridiculous considering how small the cube are. I have had 4 service calls (2 of which they called towards the end on the appointment window and said they could not make it) and they say it is working fine. NO, they need to check the computer that tells the ice to dump. I have checked and the ice is ready in the 1.5 hour window but it does not dump the ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First aspect is very impressive, I bought black stainless the finishing is impeccable. I got in August from Costco, after delivery I let the fridge rested for 24h before power up. The fridge run so quite, the craft ice unit is excellent. I set 3 ices a day , it's came out so clear. Most people complaint the ice is not 100 round but it's normal because water will over flow in the mould. I like feature select water 4,8,16 32 Oz perfect to make coffee in the morning or for cooking. The ice unit on top work great not like Samsung. I got the LG fridge first time in 2004 and run very good until today. Today 2 have 2 fridges LG in my kitchen. We love it.

Outside of our home, this is our best investment yet. The craft ice is the bomb! We love our matching LG kitchen appliances that we bought a brand new LG washer dryer pair, and televisions.
