[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the refrigerator and the amount of space inside as well as all of the wonderful features! I am also so pleased with the middle drawer that can be used as either a part of the refrigerator or freezer. I am using it for refrigeration and love that I can store my sodas, lunch meats and cheeses and tortillas, all things we like to have handy. The Clear door is also great, I was skeptical at first but absolutely love it! I really love how you can open it and grab something just from the door without actually opening the entire refrigerator! This is my second LG and the first one we bought is now in our converted garage and still works like a charm!

The different compartments are great for storing vegetables, fruit, cheese etc. Still learning all the features. Ice maker and ice dispenser are great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the LG four door fridge and for the most part I love it. I like being able to set the temp in the flex door and I love the shelf that slides back for taller drinks. However, there seems to be a problem with the door closing or not closing. Seems like you have to shut it harder than I would think necessary. Also I would like to see two shelf’s that slide back for taller items.

I honestly thought the craft ice would be a novelty and wouldn't use it much. But now I find myself rarely using the ice machine from the door. The outside small door accessing the door is super useful as well. Then having the ice maker built into the door creates so much room within the fridge itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator last month as my previous GE (three-door) died. That one lived only five years, matching every single GE branded fridge I had before. Therefore, it was time for moving to something new. After reading many reviews, I was a thorn of buying this LG. I loved the design and the new features. The water dispenser, separate from the water, the craft ice, the easy access glass door, and the digital integration with wifi. I worried about the bad reviews. However, none of the problems reported were accurate. The only problem was with me. I should have triple-checked the dimensions. The crew who installed it had trouble moving it through my utility room door. They did an excellent job. In hindsight, I should have bought the counter depth. To clarify, I also have a brand new sub-zero 42-inch fridge in my kitchen, so this is our backup fridge where our LG washer/drier is. The quality is much lower than subzero {as expected}, but for the price, it looks and works great. I will have to see how long it will go.

The ice maker does not make enough ice, the craft ice is so slow it takes a week to fill one layer in the tray. The ice maker takes up too much room inside and makes very little ice. the shelves have very little space to adjust to since the drawer below it makes a lot less room inside the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our fridge for about six weeks now. So far so good. It has been great. The craft ice still has a taste to it. The manual said it might take some batches. We will keep our fingers crossed. Other then that, no complaints.

Initially loved our fridge. Less than 3 years in and it stopped working. Won’t cool down at all. Currently waiting for the warranty repair appointment. We’ve already lost all of our food and had to buy a mini fridge to live out of while we wait weeks for the earliest repair appointment. Out a lot of money and no one seems to care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge a few weeks ago, although the craft ice is not a perfect sphere, I still like it. Door in door is a great feature I use most of the time. Fridge would be perfect if there wasn't a slight fluctuation of temp differences and a slight hum noise which I hope won't get louder. The ThinQ app was a bit of a disappointment. Wished you could do more with the app as far as seeing the current temps in the fridge, what doors are currently open or closed, eta when craft ice is about to drop, etc. We will see how it goes after the 1st month goes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bouhght this about 2 weeks ago and I have got to say the size of this fridge without the doors doesn't fit through a regular size doorway we had to completely take it apart to get it through our front door. The ice plus really doesn't make much ice and the craft ice will only make 6 in a week but I've put another plastic bin in the freezer to empty the top ice maker when it's full so we can have enough ice for a family of 4. The compartments in the door are very small and limited space and the same with the regular shelves inside there isn't any way to maneuver them to optimize the space it all seems very awkward placement and I also saw that you have to be careful with what you put on the top shelf in the door with window cause it can block the cold air vent which can cause the rest of the items on bottom of the door shelf do not get a sufficient amount of cold air but I learned to move everything on that top shelf closer towards the window so that the air can blow through to get to those bottom shelves as well. All in all everything is so far so good with the fridge. Now the LG Thinq app is another story when you log the food you have in the fridge it will not let you add a shelf life to it which is kind of annoying because that would be great to have that feature so you can get notifications for things that are about to expire. And I do like the recipes on the app those are an added bonus.
