[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a ton of space. The freezer area is easy to access and holds ice cream packages upright where my last unit would not. The craft ice is very cool and has become a favorite to me.

The frig we bought less than a year ago, seems to be working fine. The problem we have had is with the ice maker in the bottom freezer. it make the round ice cubes, and it is already acting up. The issue we have, is there is not a LG authorized repair person in my area. So LG's solution is to have

It had the features I needed, and some I didn't realize I wanted. One item is still an issue, and it's not clear how to solve. Feature wise I was looking for a french door fridge with an additional drawer that I use for cheese (yes it's usually full). The InstaView door is a nice to have, and we use it a lot, so a definite plus. The Craft ice maker was a surprise like. We were thinking that regular ice would be fine, but find the craft-ice our go-to for refillable bottles as it does a great job of cooling the liquids without melting too fast, so it also survives a few refills. Will definitively recommend. The one major disappointment is the WiFi. I've tried 4 different routers (Linksys, TP-Link, Netgear & the ISP router), both mesh and regular, contacted support, followed all of their recommendations, but still can't get it to connect.

I bought this about 16 months ago, and when it works, it is a great refrigerator. The problem is that you would expect an appliance this new to keep working, with ours did not. It stopped making ice in both ice makers and then started giving us diagnostic messages that it was failing (the diagnostics worked great!). We just had the compressor replaced and are hoping we won't have other troubles for awhile.

Initially lots expectations due to the new technology of insta-view and other newer technology things. The overall design for different kinds of food items with drawer divisions and shelves but we are are disappointed with several things on the design and total quality of components: 1.- the lack of good design to accommodate large bottle (wine bottles as example) 2. Too deep to reach the back and change the air filter. 3.- low quality material in the water dispenser trigger; it is plastic (I believe) and got marks(scratches) very easily from normal use. If it was SS like the rest of the exterior body should not have that.

The compartments are thoughtfully laid out and with a great amount of storage for my huge family. One of my children’s favorite feature is the ability to knock on the door and look into the refrigerator. I enjoy the ice maker I can set my venti Starbucks cup under and get water and ice without having to tilt and spill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and purchased a full package of LG appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/microwave combo, washer & dryer, but have had major issues with the craft ice maker in the refrigerator.

We replaced a 20 year old refrigerator increasing the overall size and adding features. Our dreams were realized in the product. It is a great addition to our decor, adds extra freezer space and is more economical to operate. It was fully functional within hours and had ice freezing in no time. The glass door is great and saves opening the full door to keep the cool air inside. An outstanding addition to our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this fridge and I was a bit skepticle with some of the features like the craft ice and the instaview door. Well, those are now my favorite features of the fridge. The instaview door is great to grab frequently used things without opening the entire fridge, great energy saving idea. I ablsolutely love the craft ice. I use it every day in my drinks, melts slower so it keeps your drinks nice and cold without diluting. The flexible middle drawer that can be used as a fridge or freezer space is genius. I actually love the design of the freezer. I was worried about it being too deep and losing stuff at the bottom but, there is a hidden drawer inside that prevents that. Our last fridge was a side by side and the french doors are a huge improvement! we had a party and I could easily fit large platters and also a sheet cake inside. Great fridge, would highly recommend :o)
