At first we stood at the open door squinting at the magnificent LED lighting (lighting in the old fridge had been gone for years). The fruit/veggie drawers are a great design and they roll like a dream. Love the middle flex zone drawer, and even the not really necessary front access door for grabbing a quick thing. The sphere ice cubes really make it though- better than Applebees on a date night!

Unfortunately the craft ice maker stopped working just a few months after purchasing. It took several weeks to get the new one and have it installed. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Makes me concerned that such a pricey fridge would have problems so soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG- was great in sending me a replacement craft ice maker for me to install. For the most part it was easy to install and directions were simple. One thing that wasn’t explained was a reset button on the bottom front to push. After I did this and for some reason a process of of waiting 48 hours we have 3 round cubes per day. I still haven’t figured how to get it to the produce more ice cubes each day. There is an option for 6 ice cubes but I’m yet to figure out how this is done. So my experience is not complete, The support from LG was good - I did get a few text messages to see if I needed help but haven’t heard back yet to confirm that all is 100% good on my side.

Our craft icemaker quit. Called LG. They had me download LG app. App determined that our 2 5g internet providers could not communicate with it. Wrong frequency. I was asked to go into admin file and change frequency. Called Frontier. They said they do not do this. So, our brand new refer cannot connect to internet to fix itself. Craft icemaker is now dead space in the freezer.

We had some issues getting what we ordered, but that was not LG's issue. After almost 14 years using a smaller refrigerator it is definitely a nice change to be able to fit everything in without having to pack things on top of each other. Overall it is a decent product ... the one complaint is the length of time is takes to produce ice, and once some is made it is a small amount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks nice, but the ice bin is very small. The craft ice stopped working after about 18 months. The top freezer drawer fan stopped working after 24 months. I'm finding the freezer fans are out of stock most places. This tells me everyone is having the same problem. (Manufacture defect) just like the ice makers. Not impressed with the quality. We had the previous fridge for about 16 years before it's first problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French door design, in door storage and fully convertible drawer- makes me wonder if I overbought in size! I have a lot of room! The convertible drawer is excellent for all of my husband's lunch items and frees up room for other stuff. The double drawer in the freezer section is great for organizing. Just working on the ice production- the bin is not very large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest plus is the size, 30cuft. It had plenty of space and the customization is fantastic. Only had the fridge for 2 months and no complaints to date. The view window is a great size and looks great in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the fridge about a month ago so far its been great. The build quality is great and best of all the unit is super quiet which is awesome. I would highly recommend this fridge if it is in the budget and it has fantastic room

Bought in March of 2023…..loved it until December….the Ice maker went out….freezer quit….groceries are expensive I had to throw away everything….called place we bought it from had to wait almost 11/2 weeks to get service….they come and not able to fix it…they called LG…..they set up a service call but have to wait another 2weeks….very disappointing that we have to wait a month for this to be fixed…
