[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is amazing. Big enough to store entire super large pizza boxes and you barely even lose room. Dual ice makers, one for regular cubes and one for craft ice perfect for drinks or thermal cups. Filters are both easy to replace every 6 months. Couldn’t have asked for a better fridge. Little pricey but we got a good deal around the Fourth of July a few years back. Not a single issue with anything after theee years. Would definitely recommend! I love LG products we use their turbo washer and dryer as well. Still never a single problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 3 years ago and then the compressor went out. Thank God we had another frig to store our food because we would have lost everything. Service came out and put in another compressor but then found out that 1was bad. Now it’s not cooling like it should and the ice maker it’s working. Service from LG is great but it seems 1 thing after another is going wrong. Otherwise the frig was good but I wish the ice maker would make more ice, and the ice balls would make more in a 24 hr period.

We bought this a year ago last January and love everything but the craft ice. I quit working after just a few months; water would pool in the tray and freeze and no ice would come out. After reading on the forums that this is common and many had had the same part replaced multiple times, we opted for shutting it off and using the space where the tray sits as extra freezer space. It’s a shame because that was something that drew us to this model. Love the door in door, it’s my favorite part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this refrigerator three weeks, but so far I've been pleased. It's roomier than our previous refrigerator, and the French doors, middle drawer and lower freezer make it easy to organize and access food. The ice and water quality are good enough to lower our bottled water expense. The craft ice is cute, but as some have noted elsewhere, it's not perfectly round as shown in some of the ads. Supposedly this has to do with water pressure, but I question that since our water pressure is not abnormally low or high. In any case, it's no big deal to me. Even with the movable shelves, I sometimes would like to have more space for tall, thick containers like HDPE milk jugs or OJ containers, but this is a minor inconvenience. So far we've been happy with this purchase. Our previous refrigerator was 19 years old, and we only replaced it because the ice making and water dispensing system needed to be replumbed at a very high cost. Otherwise it was still running well. Check back with me in 2030 to get my final opinion on this one. I hope we both last at least that long!

We invested in a quality refrigerator for our family and like all the features this unit provides. It looks great, the craft ice maker is a hit and the see-through window easily puts favorite items at a moment's reach. The temperature setting maintain our food at a consistent temperature and the freezer space is more than enough. Highly recommend it for those serious about a quality and good looking fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge for a newly constructed home. We love the dual ice makers. Especially the craft ice maker for when I serve myself those old fashions cocktails. The space in the fridge is great as well. I love the middle drawer compartment because you can choose to use it as refrigerator space or if you need more freezer space you can adjust the temp with a simple click of a button. We use the quick access door a lot too. This is where we keep our condiments, cream cheese, milk, juice etc. It stays nicely cooled as well. We have not had any issues. I still have to figure out how to connect it to the wifi but so far we love it!

Overall I am satisfied with the product. Something which could have been better by simple modifications. Missing rack adjustments. There is lot of space which cannot be used due to limited rack height levels.. more adjustments could have helped in better use of space.. Same goes to door right hand door's top drawer, I wish it was little height adjustable. Left door is weight is imbalanced due to ice box in door and slams shut all time. I tried adjustments on floor but not much of a solution.. Love the fact that stuff stays much longer compared to last fridge..

Terrible fridge. It should have been completely replaced, but instead, they just keep sending technicians that don’t know what they’re doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 6months, we are very pleased with our fridge. It is good looking, easy to use controls and has options that work nicely for us. The center draw conveniently stores lunch meats an treats while the see-through door is great. We love it!
