My previous was a side by side and always found it difficult to access the fridge side. Now it’s a breeze. Only thing I didn’t like was, the drawers and doors have to be pushed close and was not automatic especially the door in door. Otherwise pretty happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator. I'd give it a 10 except for the craft icemaker. In the 10 months we've had it, 2 service calls to replace the craft ice unit. The service has been exceptional, but I hope the latest design is the final.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More accurate measurements should be provided. I cut through a wall behind it and cut the bottom off a cabinet to get it in. Would have preferred to have it installed when delivered but provided measurements weren't accurate enough. The unit itself has been well accepted by my wife and I. Lots of space which we have to organize better.

We bought this refrigerator in November but had a long delivery delay so it did not show up until January. First thing, I love all things LG and why we decided to change out our refrigerator and range for LG. The upsides of this refrigerator are the capacity and storage space. However the shelves could be more adjustable because although spacious their relatively narrow height adjustment can be limited once you fill the convenience door with tall items. We end up laying some items on their side as the hideaway shelf provides a limited amount of extra tall storage space. The in door ice maker seems to have an under sized rotor arm so agitation of the ice is lacking. We dispense at least one full glass fail to keep the ice moving as well as rotating the ice maker bin all together. The craft ice dispenser worked regularly for one full week then quit. We have only had the refrigerator for three weeks and I have not had the chance to remove the lower drawer to access the reset button which was a recommended fix so the jury is out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old unit with this one. It is amazing how I get 5+ cu ft of more room in the same footprint. I am really enjoying the flexibility with the Full-Convert drawer. I love the three ice options, cube, crushed and craft. The craft ice took 3+ days for the first batch, but has been dropping every 24 hours since. So far the whole family is thrilled with the new refrigerator.

Overall I am satisfied with the product. Something which could have been better by simple modifications. Missing rack adjustments. There is lot of space which cannot be used due to limited rack height levels.. more adjustments could have helped in better use of space.. Same goes to door right hand door's top drawer, I wish it was little height adjustable. Left door is weight is imbalanced due to ice box in door and slams shut all time. I tried adjustments on floor but not much of a solution.. Love the fact that stuff stays much longer compared to last fridge..

I love all the features middle drawer, ice/water indoor plus the craft ice cubes in freezer compartment and the outer door to store most used items without opening the whole refrigerator.

Dual icemakers is cool and of course the knock on door in door is amazing. This is the best refrigerator i have ever owned-- i now have all LG kitchen appliances and TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After lots of shopping we decided on this sexy refrigerator. It has so much space. My family of 4 always has a fresh supply of fruits or veggies to choose from. Food stays fresh longer in this fridge. We had an issue with the craft ice maker not working. They came out and replaced the whole craft ice maker portion and now it works. It was super easy to get the replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 6months, we are very pleased with our fridge. It is good looking, easy to use controls and has options that work nicely for us. The center draw conveniently stores lunch meats an treats while the see-through door is great. We love it!
