[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very big fridge inside with lots of storage. I have had it for 8 months and have not had consistent craft ice. Finally I called cause it was supposed to give 6 at a time and it wouldn’t do it. their suggestion was drop it to -4 degrees. Why I dunno but I did. Still not much, then they sent out a tech cause they said something was wrong with it after they did a test remotely? And the tech came out and said I needed a new ice maker. But when he left it stopped working all together. Too one works bottom one doesn’t. It supposed to be fixed in a week. Other than that. Great fridge. But I’m not holding my breath I’m sure something else will fall apart in a few months.

I love the size of the refrigerator and most of the features, but I'm having problems with 2 of my 3 ice options. When I use crushed ice often it jams the ice maker and stops producing ALL ICE!!!! I have to unstick the cubes that are in the tray so they will bump and start making ice again. The problem is you don't know the crushed ice jammed the ice maker until you got to get ice and nothing in the door holder to dispense! The craft ice has just stopped working. I tried all of the fixes listed in the manual and it has not resolved the issue. The instaview door is convenient but does not keep those items as cold as the refrigerator does. I do love the smudge proof finish!!!! Be prepared to preplace the filters every 5-6 months. They are sleek and don't take up refrigerator spce though. It's not even a year old and looks like I'll be calling for service on the craft ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this fridge for a new kitchen remodel . We wanted a nice , large one since our previous one was on the smaller side . It’s so roomy inside and has a clean, uncluttered look . I was actually very surprised at how large the freezer door is, as I’ve never had a bottom freezer before . The convertible drawer in the middle is nice too, if you need extra freezer space or want to chill wine .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new LG refrigerator a few weeks ago. So far it’s amazing! We really love the craft ice maker and so do all of our guests. The size is quite large, depth-wise, but that’s a minor thing. We are also enjoying the app as well. At first, the knock feature on the glass door seemed silly, but we’re growing quickly to like it. The quick access door was a huge seller for us. And the compact ice make on the door give us more fridge space than our old fridge. And the middle drawer serving as a temperature controlled choice makes it ideal for anyone’s situation. My only criticism would be if we need repairs, it’s hard to get parts to fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and we are very pleased with it. It has so much space! We do use the door in door feature frequently. And we love the 4th drawer that can be refrigerated or frozen. The 3 sizes of ice are very convenient! We like the 2 large drawers for fruits, vegetables, as they are very roomy. We do wish there was a third drawer in it though as we also would prefer another drawer for meats or cheeses .

I returned the first delivery of this refrig. I thought it was defective. The second Refridge had the same performance problems. Overall, Disappointed

This refrigerator is very roomy. I love the front door feature so you can keep your most used items in there & you don’t have to open up the entire refrigerator to get to them. Not to mention the knock on glass to see what’s inside. Highly recommend.

We bought the refrigeration in August 2022. In July 2023 we noticed freezer is not freezing stuff in freezer and ice is not made. We have reported the issue to LG three weeks ago. LG technicians were sent at least three times and parts were changed but it did not improve the refrigerator performance. Finally, it was declared by LG technician that they will refund our money. However, it has been more than two weeks we have not heard anything from LG. Every time I call I have been told that someone will contact us within 24 to 48 hours. We are yet to hear from LG. Definitely "Life's not Good".

It has everything I need in order to store my groceries I can glance at a moments notice or check my app for any issues. Can’t say enough LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT
