Love the craft ice balls and the easy access window, however the temperature in that area isn’t as cold as the main area. The Wi-Fi enabled wouldn’t connect to my phone app but I didn’t spend much time messing with it. I haven’t found a need to control the refrigerator from my phone and for that reason, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

This LG refrigerator performs very well. No major issues with it. I have never called for service. I called LG once about the ice extrusion from the tray. Often the ice is near to the sensor and ice does not extrude. I have to manually clear the ice from the sensor.. often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 weeks in and I'm very happy with my decision to buy this refrigerator. First it's very large with lots of storage capacity for everything and anything. The 2 pull out drawers keep our vegetables and fruits fresh and the right hand door allows you quick access to your milk and other items without having to open the whole door. Plus everything we've stored on the right hand door has remained fresh and cold and you can tap the glass to light up the door and see what's inside. The in-door Ice and Water dispenser works really well and I can choose the amount of water (8oz, 16oz, 32oz) and cubed or crushed ice. As a bonus the craft ice which goes directly into a bin in the freezer is pretty great, but you need plan for parties as it can only make 6 of the large ice balls a day (still great to have though). There's also a middle drawer that can be used to store beverages and other items and can be converted into a freezer to add freezer capacity. All in all we're very happy and the fridge works very well!

I’ve waiting for this Refrigerator for a long time due to The Pandemic, but finally it’s here and I’m very excited. After living with an old half working refrigerator this one is a big upgrade. Very pleased. It looks great in my kitchen. It’ works great , the craft ice is a nice feature when entering.

Love the look, holds a lot. Disappointed you can’t fit a bottle of wine without removing a shelf in the refrigerator. The middle drawer is a huge plus for our household. We do store the unopened wine in it. Both ice makers really nice and works well. Water comes out at a nice pace.

I love the features of this fridge but I have not been satisfied. I have gotten two lemons. One replacement and one I have had numerous service appointments. It seems to be working but temperatures are cooler in the home now as well. It is finally holding a steady enough temperature to make some Ice but the ice is slow. Takes 24 hours to make 3 craft ice and the water is not cold in the door. For the price I paid I am disappointed.

It has plenty of space for everything you purchase and a variety of ways to store your items. The craft ice feature is pretty cool and the ice balls are pretty clear. The knock feature for the glass is cool as well in addition to the outside the main refrigerator storage for beverages. All in all, great product.

Good fridge but placed craft ice maker 4 times and in-door ice maker 1 time. The current craft replacement stopped working again!
