[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this refrigerator in March. It was delivered in May after much anticipation. It does not make enough ice. It is a large capacity refrigerator. Unfortunately that makes it too deep for me to reach items at the back of the top shelf. The shelves aren’t adjustable enough. They limit how items can be stored. Because it’s so deep it’s impossible to see what’s at the back of the shelves. The refrigerator isn’t made for a cooks kitchen. I am a cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has a large refrigerator section, freezer is a bit smaller than a typical side by side. The lower ball type ice maker is great. The in the door ice maker is poor, it freezes up unless you use the ice every day, otherwise you have to open it up and dump the ice ball that has formed. The door wall doesn’t have insulation in it so the ice bucket melts and ice freezes together…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French door design, in door storage and fully convertible drawer- makes me wonder if I overbought in size! I have a lot of room! The convertible drawer is excellent for all of my husband's lunch items and frees up room for other stuff. The double drawer in the freezer section is great for organizing. Just working on the ice production- the bin is not very large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we did a lot of research before buying this particular model, and so far we are very happy. the only thing that I have to complain about is the craft ice maker broke after just over 6 months of having the fridge. But I was able to call up and get it replaced right away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator two months ago. I love it! It's so roomy. I use to struggle to fit all of my produce in the bins without squishing them but the bins are huge and I have room to spare. The window in front is handy for items I use frequently without having to open the doors every time. The middle drawer is great for cheeses and deli items and so convenient, again without having to open all the doors of the fridge to access them. The craft ice is a bonus and fun to use in drinks.

When the refrigerator is working it is great, but the craft ice stopped working for a week then worked so okay we just didn’t have ice for a bit. Then all of a sudden no regular or craft ice. Not even a full year into having a refrigerator. The nice thing is that the app did tell me it wasn’t working and kickstarted the fix process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue was that the refrigeration didn't reach cooling/freezing setting for three days. On 4th day everything seemed to work fine. Regardless, LG sent a tech. The tech said there was nothing wrong, and often times the refrigerator needs time to settle in. LG should notify purchasers of this possibiltiy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking, quite, beautiful refrigerator. Got its recommendation from consumer's report. It has plenty of room inside. I have it only just for more than one month and so far I have no problem. I expect it to last like that for ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge! We needed a bigger refigerator because we never had enough room to store leftovers. Now we have more than enough! And the craft ice is to die for! I love round cubes in my drinks -- they last longer! Well worth the price!
