[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're in love love love with LG... and our new dor in door refrigerator. Not only does it look beautiful in our kitchen more importantly it is functional and serves us well. Everything has a place and is in its place... the convert drawer is absolutely awesome; we have used it as a deli drawer and a wine and beverage cooler so far. I know when we use the drawer as a freezer it will be just as awesome. We're "smitten" with the door in door... what a fabulous idea... with a slight tap on the door, you can see what's inside. We keep all our condiments, juice, water, ~ you know, all those items you can readily grab. The freezer is roomy with a slide out drawer. And... just a wipe of a cloth cleans the surface. Yep, we absolutely love our LG Refrigerator. We want to say our previous refrigerator was also LG... we had it 15 years and was completely satisfied with its performance and with LG service... it's a no brainer why we replaced it with a new LG.

We had an older model LG for 4 years which never could make enough ice. When this went caput, we still liked this LG model & bought the 2022 version, because it’s full depth, deep refrigerator fit exactly in our custom-cabinet. The new LG has two ice makers; still water/ice dispenser in the door, and a very cool solid round ice maker in the freezer! The baskets in the upper frig are better made. Also the 2nd drawer has a new feature of either being a freezer or refrigerator. Very cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this unit for a month, but it has been the highlight of our kitchen renovation which has taken months to complete (mostly due to Covid and shipping times of cabinets). Only issue is that, I was not getting craft ice after 72 hours but a simple reset of the in-freezer ice maker and I was all set in about 10 hours. We went from a single door refrigerator to the double doors so getting used to the lost door shelving space took a bit but the quality design and space on the interior made up for that rather quickly. I would definitely recommend.

I do like the versatility of the see through door and the drawer that can convert to 4 different coldness levels from wine to freezer. However I’m on my 3rd craft ice maker, the indoor top ice maker doesn’t produce a lot of ice for more than 1 person that likes all drinks cold. I also wish the shelves were able to move to more than 4 static positions. Craft ice only makes up to 6 pieces per day. It does run efficiently and has a lot of room on both doors for sauces, condiments, cans etc…. Nice room in the freezer and I love the ThinkQ app that allows me to manage and receive alerts for my LG Fridge. It’s been very helpful!

Not only does the stove look fabulous it works just as well the Wi-Fi works with my apps and my Alexa. I really don’t know about what everybody is talking about in the reviews how it doesn’t work and it doesn’t connect to their services they’re probably not doing it the right way the thin Q app works perfectly with all my TVs and my stove and I can’t wait for the fridge and dishwasher to arrive so I can have everything connected the convection oven is awesome so is the air fryer portion the only thing that bothers me is that my little kids love to knock on the window to see what’s inside so all you hear is knocking but it’s good to know that it actually works

I love the craft ice feature, the ice lasts much longer and does not water down my drink. The middle convertible drawer has been one of the best features of the refrigerator, it really reduced the times I open the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this fridge for a new kitchen remodel . We wanted a nice , large one since our previous one was on the smaller side . It’s so roomy inside and has a clean, uncluttered look . I was actually very surprised at how large the freezer door is, as I’ve never had a bottom freezer before . The convertible drawer in the middle is nice too, if you need extra freezer space or want to chill wine .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG fridge/freezer about a month ago and are actually quite pleased. The InstaView® and Door-in-Door® design is such a nice feature. We find that we don't open the main door nearly as much now. What an energy saver that will be! And my wife just LOVES the Craft Ice Maker. :-) So, all I can say is...so far, so good! And that's a good thing.

This refrigerator is beautiful and spacious. It’s quite and I especially love the middle drawer which can be either refrigerated or freezer space. We are huge meat & cheese people and this works great for that and also yogurt cups and drink boxes for the grandchildren. However, the ice maker stopped working completely after 10 weeks. The LG service technician came quickly and ordered a new one which came the next week and he came quickly and installed it in minutes. The LG service technician was awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 6 weeks ago and I love it. I like the extra door space and shelves are large too. The one drawer you can use as a regular refrigerator or if you need more freezer space you can just turn the temperature down to freezing. And I just love the craft ice it makes into large round ice cubes. The see through window in the door you tap the glass twice and the light comes on in the window glass so you can see what you have in the door without having to open it letting the cold air out.
