[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this expensive high end fridge which looks great BTW, and performs well as a fridge and freezer. Since I have had it the deluxe ice maker has broken twice the first time after 10 weeks and the icemaker was replaced with a new icemaker the second time was 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty ran out. Now I am on my own even if I buy the extended warranty which BTW is over the top.

We bought this refrigerator in November but had a long delivery delay so it did not show up until January. First thing, I love all things LG and why we decided to change out our refrigerator and range for LG. The upsides of this refrigerator are the capacity and storage space. However the shelves could be more adjustable because although spacious their relatively narrow height adjustment can be limited once you fill the convenience door with tall items. We end up laying some items on their side as the hideaway shelf provides a limited amount of extra tall storage space. The in door ice maker seems to have an under sized rotor arm so agitation of the ice is lacking. We dispense at least one full glass fail to keep the ice moving as well as rotating the ice maker bin all together. The craft ice dispenser worked regularly for one full week then quit. We have only had the refrigerator for three weeks and I have not had the chance to remove the lower drawer to access the reset button which was a recommended fix so the jury is out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. Standard size but tons of room inside. I love the middle drawer and the options it provides. The shelves inside the upper portion are perfect. The two different ice features is an added bonus. Love the craft ice in the freezer compartment. The design and configuration of the model is worth the price. The front dispenser has features I use daily especially the different water measurements for cooking. No need for a measuring cup.

The quality of construction is noticeably superior that other similarly priced products. Even "simple" things like the suspension and smoothness of the drawers is better than others.

The best feature is the small door to just get out beverages, etc. I also like the convertible drawer that can be used different ways. Am so glad that we purchased this frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French door design, in door storage and fully convertible drawer- makes me wonder if I overbought in size! I have a lot of room! The convertible drawer is excellent for all of my husband's lunch items and frees up room for other stuff. The double drawer in the freezer section is great for organizing. Just working on the ice production- the bin is not very large.

I do like the versatility of the see through door and the drawer that can convert to 4 different coldness levels from wine to freezer. However I’m on my 3rd craft ice maker, the indoor top ice maker doesn’t produce a lot of ice for more than 1 person that likes all drinks cold. I also wish the shelves were able to move to more than 4 static positions. Craft ice only makes up to 6 pieces per day. It does run efficiently and has a lot of room on both doors for sauces, condiments, cans etc…. Nice room in the freezer and I love the ThinkQ app that allows me to manage and receive alerts for my LG Fridge. It’s been very helpful!

We have had this frig since may brand new ftom bedtime buy. The lg repair has been here twice. The machine will not make ice consistently. The craft maker was replaced and same problem again the yoo maker makes ice once every 6 or 7 days than stops. They are replacing the condenser next but I wish we would have made a better choice than lg

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge for a newly constructed home. We love the dual ice makers. Especially the craft ice maker for when I serve myself those old fashions cocktails. The space in the fridge is great as well. I love the middle drawer compartment because you can choose to use it as refrigerator space or if you need more freezer space you can adjust the temp with a simple click of a button. We use the quick access door a lot too. This is where we keep our condiments, cream cheese, milk, juice etc. It stays nicely cooled as well. We have not had any issues. I still have to figure out how to connect it to the wifi but so far we love it!
