No complaints! I did my research and found this to be reasonably priced and have exactly what I need. First time with bottom loader - LOVE IT. Hot water is super hot - excellent for instant coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Water comes out way faster than my older unit provided by Sparkletts, which is great for loading coffee machine with water.

This is so easy to set up and use - our second Primo bottom load. We decided to upgrade after having our previous cooler for 10 years or so. We will never go back to a top load! Very easy to turn off while traveling to save on electricity. And Sam's Club has the BEST PRICE...and FREE SHIPPING on this item! Can't beat that! It arrived within 48 hours of ordering, extremely well packaged for shipping.

I had a tabletop dispenser and it took up a lot of counter space. Once I switched to this, I was able to make my kitchen look less cluttered and my son is able to get a cold glass of water without my help. I'm glad the hot water dispenser has a lock so that my cats cannot press the handle on their own and burn themselves. (They are figuring out the cold handle, so thank goodness there is a small drip tray to catch water when they do.) It is a little loud when it is starting up, but it does quiet down afterwards. I like that the hot and cold have their own switch in the back just in case I have to turn the hot water off all together. The night light is bright enough to where we do not have to turn on any lights when grabbing a glass throughout the night as well.

We love the dispenser. It heats and chills water. It is very convenient in that I don’t have to buy numerous small bottles of water to drink and cook with. The dispenser also has a night light to make it easier to use at night.The store was out when I went to purchase it so Sams club shipped it directly to the house.

It's easy to use put open the bottom of the water dispenser take the 5 gallons of water cap off and put the plastic cap plug with long tube to the gallon put it inside and close the door and that's it the water cools fast in about 10 minutes cold water and it comes with a hot water part too you can turn it on and off both parts the hot water comes with a safety button so no one can dispen it by accident you have to push the red button and the service pad at the same time the hot water good for cooking and making coffee.

Easy to load. Hard for me to pick up bottles and turn them over, anymore. This eliminates that issue. I can scoot it across the floor and get it into the bottom very easily. Keeps water cold and hot. Dispensers work great. No complaints. Good purchase for the money.

The product arrived very quick and setup was extremely easy. Being able to load the water bottle from the bottom is a plus. The cold water is perfect and having the hot water is awesome. It is very stylish and easy to use. This has been a great addition to our household.

We bought this cooler to replace the one we had. The one we had we had to lift the bottles up to put them on. we love the bottom load. It is easy to replace and it keeps the water really cold and hot. Primo also has a great video online to watch for cleaning. We have had this now for 2 weeks and love it.

We bought this not for its chilling or heating function, but because the water bottle loads at the bottom. Figured the heated and chilled water would be a boon. Unfortunately, the hot water is not hot enough to brew tea so we turned it off. The cold water chilling function is incredibly noisy and seems to spend more time chilling water than not (darn thing is always running), so end up turning it off out of annoyance. Note that there is not enough room to dispense water into a kettle and for some reason nobody in the house can manage to dispense water from the hot water side without making a mess all the way down the front of the unit and on to the floor. Keep thinking we’ll get the hang of it but it’s been weeks. Basically I keep a rag near the unit to clean up the mess made every time we want room temp water (which is more often than we want cold). Something y’all may want to keep in mind, which did not immediately occur to me is that if the power goes out you’ll only have access to the water already in the dispenser because the pump won’t work. Kind of a no brainer but didn’t occur to me until later. Keeping the unit because I don’t think there’s a better one out there for the money. Bottom load is wonderful and cold water is nice when I can tolerate the noise.

We have had this for two weeks now and I am not sure how I feel about it. It is quite noisy and oddly when you are trying to fill water bottles for example you constantly spill water. So there is a learning curve to figuring out how to do it because of the way the dispensing handles fit to bottles and cups. However having the water bottle on the bottom is extremely great after always having to lift them up and put on top. Now it is so unbelievably easy to slide one out and slide the next one in. That value alone is why we have kept the unit for the moment. I have a feeling we will put up with the noise and rattling for that convenience alone.
