I had a tabletop dispenser and it took up a lot of counter space. Once I switched to this, I was able to make my kitchen look less cluttered and my son is able to get a cold glass of water without my help. I'm glad the hot water dispenser has a lock so that my cats cannot press the handle on their own and burn themselves. (They are figuring out the cold handle, so thank goodness there is a small drip tray to catch water when they do.) It is a little loud when it is starting up, but it does quiet down afterwards. I like that the hot and cold have their own switch in the back just in case I have to turn the hot water off all together. The night light is bright enough to where we do not have to turn on any lights when grabbing a glass throughout the night as well.

Purchased Primo Pro Plus Bottom Loader about two weeks ago. I am enjoying it so far. So far no issues. I ordered online then went and picked it up. Less money spent on buying water bottles and my kids are actually drinking more water now. They would usually get a bottle of water, drink some and I would have multiple half full bottles sitting around the house. Water is cold and tastes clean (better than the water bottles I usually buy). Hot water is perfect temperature for when I make tea and when I cook and have to make broth (dissolving) kind. So far no issues. I ordered online then went and picked it up.

We love the dispenser. It heats and chills water. It is very convenient in that I don’t have to buy numerous small bottles of water to drink and cook with. The dispenser also has a night light to make it easier to use at night.The store was out when I went to purchase it so Sams club shipped it directly to the house.

Great dispenser, mine was damaged when delivered. I called customer service and they credited me back some money. I am pleased. This is the best deal for it being a bottom storage and also having stainless steel. The dispensers work great and it isn’t loud!

Great to have in your home or office, we drink a lot more water with the dispenser. Although we have water and ice in the door of the fridge it doesn't compare to the cold water from the dispenser. Hot water also makes it easy to grab a quick cup of hot tea or noodles. Bottom load makes it so easy to reload as well.

We bought this not for its chilling or heating function, but because the water bottle loads at the bottom. Figured the heated and chilled water would be a boon. Unfortunately, the hot water is not hot enough to brew tea so we turned it off. The cold water chilling function is incredibly noisy and seems to spend more time chilling water than not (darn thing is always running), so end up turning it off out of annoyance. Note that there is not enough room to dispense water into a kettle and for some reason nobody in the house can manage to dispense water from the hot water side without making a mess all the way down the front of the unit and on to the floor. Keep thinking we’ll get the hang of it but it’s been weeks. Basically I keep a rag near the unit to clean up the mess made every time we want room temp water (which is more often than we want cold). Something y’all may want to keep in mind, which did not immediately occur to me is that if the power goes out you’ll only have access to the water already in the dispenser because the pump won’t work. Kind of a no brainer but didn’t occur to me until later. Keeping the unit because I don’t think there’s a better one out there for the money. Bottom load is wonderful and cold water is nice when I can tolerate the noise.

This is the 2nd dispenser I purchased. I only had the 1st one for about 3 years before it stopped working. When it works, it is great. However, when it stopped dispensing, I purchased a water pump first which made it work twice before it stopped again. I tried the repair videos and nothing worked. I called Primo and they said all I needed was the hose, so I ordered one from them. It worked 2-3 times then stopped again. I like the convenience of having the dispenser, so I am hoping this 2nd one lasts a lot longer because they are too expensive to keep replacing.
