The hot is very hot, but the cold is not tapwater in my sink is colder than that

It’s a bottom load water dispenser with hot cold.

1 easy to load + 2 hot water 175° + 3 leaves 2 cup of water in jug - 4 loud when it pumps out of jug - 5 light dose not turn on automatically and light is only above the cold water side. Switch for the light is on the back of the unit so not very convenient -

I 'm trying to contact the company to cancel the Primo service. I've been put on hold over 40 mins. I called back later and this time on 32 mins. They are doing everything so you can't cancel the service. What an example of poor service and time wasted.
