Great water dispenser for the family, tale less space than others. Keep water warm and cold ready to use for all the needs. Family love it.

It works well but when you change water bottles it doesn’t reset right away and blinks red as if the water bottle was empty.

I ordered this after our old water dispenser broke. I am so pleased with my purchase and it’s so much easier with the bottom bottle loader.

I really like it. I thought that I could use Sam's water for it? If it wasn't for that I would have given it a5.

The product looks nice, but wish hot water was hotter and it’s very loud. Would not have bought it if I would have known

This is my second one. The compressor is extremely noisy and so is the pump.Everything sounds out of balance.

Very nice water cooler. It is compact and well designed. Getting used to loading from the bottom, however, takes up less space.

Purchased the unit due to rising cost and delivery issues with offsite company. Very easy to setup, load the bottles, and use. Works great.

I love this water dispenser! Easy set up and doesn't take up much space. Instant hot and cold water and convenient bottle storage underneath makes it easy to replace the water bottle.

The Primo has been really nice, however I would recommend you get one that has three dispensers; cold, hot and room temp. Other than that, this is a great buy.
