Primo Pro-Plus Bottom-Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser, Black

It’s now a nice paper weight as Sams has stopped selling the 4 Gallon water bottles.  Now you have to go to a specialty shop to get refills.

Great Machine but Don’t Buy

The hot water bottle sticks and hot water runs all over your hands

Sam's discontinued the 3 gallon water bottles in the store

purchased for a medical office.  the set up was easy and convenient. The door where you place the water from unboxing does not stay closed. it continues to pop open , when i called the store they said that happens. the water dispensers work fine hot and cold.

Door issues

The Primo water dispenser is nice, functions well, and serves as a replacement for a previous water dispenser. The only drawback for me is that the unit height is too low for me. I need to place a pedestal under the unit to raise it to a comfortable level. Sam's delivery was quick, and the deliveryman was helpful.
