Too late for me, but save yourself!!

All I'm asking is to get what I paid for, that's asking too much with this company, I guess.... Do not buy this thing.

removing the tray

Can anyone please tell me how to remove the tray to clean it. Afraid to pull the tray and it break ?

Hello,<br />You should be able to pull the top of drip tray out by placing your fingers in 2 of the holes and pulling towards yourself. It will have some resistance. Please let us know if you need anything else.<br />Thank you - Cassandra P.

Shorter than expected life

Bought ours 3 years ago. Loved it. Very convenient, no more cases of bottled water. Gave it 3 stars because that’s all the longer it lasted.

Worked great- suddenly stopped working

This seemed like a great product, but it stopped working after a little over a year. The pump makes sound but will not pull water up. Disappointing.

3 years and its done if you are lucky

These last 3 years under very very limited use . And then they are broken and you have to buy a new one . Warranty is 1 year .

Leaked!

Had this model for about a week or so before it left a huge puddle of water on the floor. Cleaned it up and left it connected, couple days later another huge puddle. Taking back for a refund!

Bottom Loader: The leaking sounds like the unit is overflowing. On most bottom loaders, there is a hole that allows excess water to escape from the cold water reservoir if the pump is sending too much water. This would show how to take care of it: https://youtu.be/SRfnmQOUcLs. If the video doesn’t help, the unit may have a failed sensor, in which case you would need to contact customer service to do further troubleshooting. Top Loader: Primo Top Loader: Fixing a Leak Steps: If overflowing (leaking from the top) 1. Remove bottle 2. Remover probe receptacle and check the seal on the bottom 3. Replace receptacle 4. Dispenser 8-10 oz of water from dispenser 5. Put a NEW/DIFFERENT bottle on the dispenser Please contact customer service to do further troubleshooting if this does not work. If this does not fix the issue, please call us at (844) 237-7466 Monday-Friday between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm EST to do further troubleshooting so that we may get your product back into working order and review other options.

Water is not cold

We've had a water dispenser for 7 years and ALWAYS had very steamy hot water and ICE cold water. This dispenser does NOT produce cold water. It's just a hair colder than room temperature unfortunately. We will return for sure.

Dissatisfied

The first one we bought had a bad water leak. We returned that one for a replacement and that one worked for about a month before the cooling unit died. We returned it and decided we did not want to use this product again. So disappointed.

Dangerous Design FLAW!!

This water dispenser is dangerous! The hot water safety button sticks after you remove your cup, so the hot water continues to runs burning your hand!!!!

Stopped pumping about 6 months after buying

I bought this water dispenser and it was wonderful pumped out cold water and was great but the pump went out about halfway through the year and now I have to purchase another one. I should have just put in an RO system.
