The Primo water dispenser is nice, functions well, and serves as a replacement for a previous water dispenser. The only drawback for me is that the unit height is too low for me. I need to place a pedestal under the unit to raise it to a comfortable level. Sam's delivery was quick, and the deliveryman was helpful.

Love the ease of actually changing water bottles. I'm 72 and have had surgery on one shoulder so lifting for my old top loader was becoming a problem. The downside was the paddles, but with a funnel I solved the problem of filling regular bottles.

It's been a month since I purchased this item. Wake up in the morning, grab a bag of oatmeal. No need to heat water. Push the button on the Primo, like magic. Hot hot water is dispensed. It gets hot in Az. No need to store bottles of water in fridge. Push the blue button on the Priego. Cold, Cold water. Ice not needed. Love it. Buying one for daughter's birthday .

Although I had issue with first unit I got, the door hinge being broken even with packing tape and shipping package fully intact. The pin was made of plastic and seem to have sheared off probably during assembly. When I brought it back to club the folks in customer service did outstanding job of exchanging my purchase with another unit in store on the same day and assisted with getting it and loading it in my car

This water dispenser work great. The hot water is very hot,and the cold water is very cold. It is easy to load and remove bottles from it.This works very well for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this to any person looking to buy a water dispenser.

I ordered my Primo Pro plus online it was convenient to go pick it up at the Sam's club.When I got it home ,I followed the directions and hook it up but it makes a weird noise once it dispenses the water and then the compressor comes on from time to time it's a little noisy other than that I would have gave it five stars.

This water dispenser has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. It’s used often by everyone in the family. I love that I have both hot and/or cold water at the push of a button. The bottom load is a must in my opinion for ease of changing out new/empty water jugs. My only complaint is that the dispenser door never seems to be properly attached. The door hinge is properly attached at the bottom, near floor however on the top of the door where the tray is... it just kind of rests against the unit. Therefore it’s just sorta hanging on by a thread which is a little annoying. I’m not sure if the door was damaged at some point but we really can’t figure out how to properly fix this issue. There are zero door attachment details in the instructions so I’m thinking this isn’t a typical problem. Other than that the dispenser works perfectly for all our water needs.

My family has been very pleased with the water dispenser. Easy to use, and looks pleasant enough. The one and only draw back is the cold water tap is very accessable to my toddler grandchildren. However, the hot water spigot has a safety button that has to be pushed before hot water will dispense. Why can't they do that same system for the cold side??

This is the 2nd dispenser I purchased. I only had the 1st one for about 3 years before it stopped working. When it works, it is great. However, when it stopped dispensing, I purchased a water pump first which made it work twice before it stopped again. I tried the repair videos and nothing worked. I called Primo and they said all I needed was the hose, so I ordered one from them. It worked 2-3 times then stopped again. I like the convenience of having the dispenser, so I am hoping this 2nd one lasts a lot longer because they are too expensive to keep replacing.

I love the ease of the bottom loading machine. The problem I see is you can’t set almost any container below the spout and push it back to fill. The space is to small for insulated bottles to sit and the pressure spot is to short for smaller glasses. So you have to hold the glass you’re using completely which is sometimes hard for little ones and elderly who may have difficulty with this.
