The Primo water dispenser is nice, functions well, and serves as a replacement for a previous water dispenser. The only drawback for me is that the unit height is too low for me. I need to place a pedestal under the unit to raise it to a comfortable level. Sam's delivery was quick, and the deliveryman was helpful.

Love the ease of actually changing water bottles. I'm 72 and have had surgery on one shoulder so lifting for my old top loader was becoming a problem. The downside was the paddles, but with a funnel I solved the problem of filling regular bottles.

We bought it to replace our old water cooler where we had to turn the full 5 gallon on the top of the cooler. We are older and it was getting more difficult to pick up 5 gallons of water and turn it upside down on the old cooler love it. So easy to handle

Although I had issue with first unit I got, the door hinge being broken even with packing tape and shipping package fully intact. The pin was made of plastic and seem to have sheared off probably during assembly. When I brought it back to club the folks in customer service did outstanding job of exchanging my purchase with another unit in store on the same day and assisted with getting it and loading it in my car

It's been a month since I purchased this item. Wake up in the morning, grab a bag of oatmeal. No need to heat water. Push the button on the Primo, like magic. Hot hot water is dispensed. It gets hot in Az. No need to store bottles of water in fridge. Push the blue button on the Priego. Cold, Cold water. Ice not needed. Love it. Buying one for daughter's birthday .

So much I like about this water dispenser! Love that the bottle goes in the bottom of the machine instead of having to be lifted and turned upside down. Love that I can use 3 or 5 gallon bottles. Love that it has both hot (very hot) and cold water in one machine. LOVE that there are buttons you have to push as you depress the water as a safety feature….especially since the hot could be dangerous to little ones. Love that the cold water is cold and not room temperature. I would buy it again in a minute.

I bought this Primo Water Dispenser for my son and his family, who live in Texas. They were going through at least a case of bottled water each day and I felt this would probably be more cost effective for them in the long run. I am so glad I purchased your product. It is pretty, efficient, effective, and totally satisfactory. All the family loves it.

I ordered my Primo Pro plus online it was convenient to go pick it up at the Sam's club.When I got it home ,I followed the directions and hook it up but it makes a weird noise once it dispenses the water and then the compressor comes on from time to time it's a little noisy other than that I would have gave it five stars.

I love the ease of the bottom loading machine. The problem I see is you can’t set almost any container below the spout and push it back to fill. The space is to small for insulated bottles to sit and the pressure spot is to short for smaller glasses. So you have to hold the glass you’re using completely which is sometimes hard for little ones and elderly who may have difficulty with this.

This device looks nice aesthetically, it also has features like hot and cold, dispenser light, and an easy lower refill location at the bottom. What I don’t particularly enjoy about this model is the paddles to dispense water. It makes it hard for large containers like water bottles and coffee pots to be filled. The tower also has a loud refill noise which can be heard upstairs if you have a quiet home. Other than that it works as expected.
