I’ve had for two weeks and am considering returning. The hot water is hot but the cold water is slightly cool, my last dispenser was ice cold. I’m not sure if it’s defective. I will give it another week.

This replaced an older unit that had outlived its service life. This new unit is virtually silent, cools much better, dispenses faster and with simple dispensing levers.

Bought one of these for my mom a few months ago and she liked it so much that I bought one for myself and love it. I also bought the water bottle caddy so I ha e 4 bottles total.

Compared to my older dispenser, this does not keep the water as cold as I like it. There is now way to control the temperature. The cold option is a turn off or on option.

I am enjoying my Primo water hot/cold dispenser. I love the convenience without the monthly payments and having my ice cold water and or piping hot for tea or noodles.

Very Happy with dispenser. Easy to load. No more lifting 5 gal bottles. One downside the cold water does not get as cold as I like. It gets very cool but not ice cold.

To have great tasting water and very hot water all in one has been a way for us to get away from tap water. It just tastes great and the unit makes it so easy to drink healthy

Water spills every time you pull away with your water. The design is weird, it seems like the water dispenser should be farther from the button so you don’t spill literally every .. time.

A very stylish and well-designed water dispenser at a very good price. Both hot and cold water ready at the touch. Has a safety feature built in so that toddlers cannot dispense hot water.

This was very easy ro set-up and has worked just as advertised. I really enjoy the instant hot water. The only complaint that we do have is it is a little loud and randomly makes weird noises.
