I bought this Primo Water Dispenser for my son and his family, who live in Texas. They were going through at least a case of bottled water each day and I felt this would probably be more cost effective for them in the long run. I am so glad I purchased your product. It is pretty, efficient, effective, and totally satisfactory. All the family loves it.

We have had the Primo Water Machine for two months now. We absolutely love it we used to get water delivered monthly and rent the machine, this is so much cheaper and better quality! I love how it's bottom load so no more having to tip over the 5 gallons jugs over the top of the machine. I would highly recommend this Water machine!

purchased for a medical office. the set up was easy and convenient. The door where you place the water from unboxing does not stay closed. it continues to pop open , when i called the store they said that happens. the water dispensers work fine hot and cold.

I bought this cooler to replace an older unit. The older unit had the water jug on the top. I spilled water every time I changed it. No matter how careful I was. So I decided to give this one a try. To replace the water jug you just open the door and replace it. No more lifting. The water comes out cold and the hot water, very hot. It’s so convenient to make tea or coffee. The hot water has a safety feature, to prevent children from burns. You can also turn off the hot water switch in back if you choose. It also light’s up red when your running out of water. I liked it so much I bought one for the guest house.

I’m saving $400 per year by purchasing this water dispenser and buying Primo water bottles at Sam’s Club! I dropped water delivery and got rid of the rental dispenser. I expected to have a bunch of water left in the bottle when it’s “empty” since it’s a bottom load dispenser but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. There’s hardly any water left. The nightlight feature is a great addition.

This water dispenser work great. The hot water is very hot,and the cold water is very cold. It is easy to load and remove bottles from it.This works very well for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this to any person looking to buy a water dispenser.

I've had this dispenser for a few weeks now and am pleased with my purchase. As past reviews stated, this dispenser is a little noiser than most, but not unbearable. I've had an old Sunbeam unit that lasted over 9 years already and finally broke down. It was a very quiet dispenser. This one took a little to get used to, but it works fine. Easy to load and really keeps the water cold as needed. Same with the hot water. All in all a good little dispenser for sure. You won't be disappointed (I would have given it 5 stars except for the noise level).

This water dispenser has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. It’s used often by everyone in the family. I love that I have both hot and/or cold water at the push of a button. The bottom load is a must in my opinion for ease of changing out new/empty water jugs. My only complaint is that the dispenser door never seems to be properly attached. The door hinge is properly attached at the bottom, near floor however on the top of the door where the tray is... it just kind of rests against the unit. Therefore it’s just sorta hanging on by a thread which is a little annoying. I’m not sure if the door was damaged at some point but we really can’t figure out how to properly fix this issue. There are zero door attachment details in the instructions so I’m thinking this isn’t a typical problem. Other than that the dispenser works perfectly for all our water needs.

My family has been very pleased with the water dispenser. Easy to use, and looks pleasant enough. The one and only draw back is the cold water tap is very accessable to my toddler grandchildren. However, the hot water spigot has a safety button that has to be pushed before hot water will dispense. Why can't they do that same system for the cold side??

We were replacing our Primo Bottom Liad water dispenser that we bought several years ago. This is pretty much the same dispenser with a little update to the style. We love our Primo water dispenser.
