Dissatisfied

The first one we bought had a bad water leak. We returned that one for a replacement and that one worked for about a month before the cooling unit died. We returned it and decided we did not want to use this product again. So disappointed.

If this happens again, please reach out to our customer service team for troubleshooting before going through the trouble of returning the unit. Troubleshooting effectiveness is at its highest when it is over the phone and the customer is at the machine. Since we are unable to call out, please call us between 10am and 6 pm EST, Monday-Friday at (844) 237-7466 to do further troubleshooting so that we may get your product back into working order. Please have the serial number and model number handy when you call. It is on the back of the machine.

Awsome-(does it have a cup holder)

So I bought this a few months away and went with a home delivery service and I love but. Not sure why I thought of it this morning but I just noticed... does it or has anyone noticed if you can attach a cup holder on it for young kids or guest or whatever?

Fair machine

Working just fine but after 2 years and 2 months of using the primo water refills (2 months after warranty expired ) , just stop working, and after a call with customer service the only solution provided was unplugged for 24 hours and wait (pray) for that solution to work. I strongly advise not to buy this product because it looks like it was designed to break after warranty was over.

Already Broken

Water keeps pumping out on the cold side. Ruined by hardwood floors. Taking it back. Only have had it for 3 months.

Sleek design

Recently purchased this Primo water dispenser in club and so glad I did. The only thing that come improved is the loud noise it makes.

Great but cannot get the red light to stop

Brand new bottle and the machines cannot register its full. Keeps flashing red light as I try to adjust tubing every way To stop the blinking.

Press the pipes tight into the elbow, and the elbow on to the pump.
