Door looks crooked and doesn’t stay shut. Cold water is not very cold, hot water not that hot. Also, the levers for dispensing come too close to the spout and it is hard to not have spills because of this

I like the fact that you have hot and cold water It is a bottom machine, where you just push into machine and plug pump back into the bottle a d thats it No heavy lifting over your head

We have had this for over a month and so far so good. The employees like the bottom bottle replacement. It looks a lot better than our previous dispenser.

It worked beautifully for the first few containers of water, now it seems as if the pump is going out. We've had it less than a month and plan on returning it. It looks great in our kitchen, just doesn't seem to work well.

My family drinks a lot of water and we were running through bottled water like crazy which is very costly. This is the best purchase I've made this year..

This is a replacement Primo dispenser. The one feature i like on this one is the easy fill by just pushing on the cold water bar and voila. You do have to press red button for hot water but you dont have to hold the button.

So far so good, was a simple plug and play. Much easier than putting in a giant bottle upside down. Works great a few weeks in, hopefully it holds up for the long haul but even if it only lasts a few years still a great purchase for ease of use.

We have had ours about two months now and I love it!! We signed up for Primo water delivery and that is wonderful because I can’t lift anything right now. This way at least the water is delivered and I can get help.

Purchased this product 12/13/2024 and it is already broken, it is leaking hot water inside the unit. We woke up to a large puddle in our kitchen and an empty new 4 gallon jug. Do not spend your money on this.

Ideal storage of 3 or 5 gallon water bottle. Blends nicely with other kitchen appliances. No heavy lifting. Safety button with "hot" water dispense lever to function.
