We have had this for over a month and so far so good. The employees like the bottom bottle replacement. It looks a lot better than our previous dispenser.

Purchased a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The water gets cold very quick and it is very easy to use especially since you load from the bottom. No more struggling to get those big gallons on top!!!

As it's a bottom fed machine it leaves a bit of water at the bottom. It's a bit louder than I anticipated but isn't horribly noticeable. All in all it serves it's purpose and is an exceptional price!

Where do I start? Number one the water tastes great! The cost savings from buying 5 gallon jugs. No cases of water a gallon jugs littering the kitchen., the dispenser self it's a welcome addition to the kitchen. It's a must buy

Bought another one just like this one in my medical office 4 months ago. We liked it so much we got a second one for staff to use. Great value so far!

The 1 star is for Primo. Received the Primo Pro-Plus Bottom-Load and the door was broke. 5 stars for SAMS-Took it back for exchange but they didn't have any more, But SAMS refunded me and I still don't have a water dispenser.

Great unit at a great price. Hot and cold feature and BOTTOM LOADING! Tip: Clean the water tube before you insert into bottle to avoid any weird tastes

Stylish design and excellent functionality. Delicious bottled spring water tastes great when dispensed hot and/or cold. Motor is quiet and setup was a breeze.

I like it...the Hot water is perfect for instant coffee...and the cold hits the spot...only problem is the pump...it's very loud when pumping water into the tanks!

Looks good, works as intended, but won’t accommodate taller bottles. Spigots are too low, and push to flow paddles make it difficult to angle in a taller bottle as on the models with separate press to flow buttons.
