Easy to use! I go to the water store to get my bottles refilled and the 5 gallon bottles work just fine.I’m not a fan of primo water but I am a fan of there machine

This was exactly what we needed. We have well water that has an after taste so this saves us from buying cases of water bottles and finding a place to recycle the bottles. The bottom feed water bottle feature is a must. No more spilling water trying to turn the bottle upside down on top. The water is always cold.

Received the dispenser much quicker than I expected. Seems to work very well but I don't use the hot water feature. Conservation and all that. I'm getting to old to be flipping 5 gallon jugs over so it was time for a bottom loader. It's much easier for me to load this dispenser.

The first one delivered did not work properly - the cold water came out warm. I did all the suggested fixes posted on Primo's YouTube but to no avail. I then emailed the company with my concerns. A few exchanges later, a new one was on the way. The second unit works wonderfully. Great customer service!

This is way better than the over the top bottle install. Where we live the water us never cold out of the faucet. This also saves on single serve water waste. We fill a bottle to go as well. Just slide in the bottle without spillage. The hot water feature has been a great asset. It alerts us when the water is low. Definitely more attractive and we can store flavor additives on top as it is flat.

Works very well. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the dispenser part tends to get messy when my kids use it. You have to remove your cup away slowly from the dispenser pedal part so that the water flow slows and stops completely before the cup is removed. When you remove your cup quickly, the water doesn't stop quick enough and splashes or drips off from the side of cup. I'm constantly cleaning up water from the overflow catch and around the dispenser.

Bought this as a replacement to an ageing g e top load that was freezing up and frankly the bottles were getting to heavy to load anymore. Very please with it's simplicity and features, like the night light and bottle empty indicator. The hot is piping hot for hot chocolate, oatmeal etc. The cold dispenses fast and is very cold. A snap to install a new bottle and we are on our second bottle since purchasing. I am able to use the rectangular bottle I have been used to picking up for many years as well. Not having that ugly bottle sitting there gives our kitchen a much cleaner and modern look as well.

This is so easy to use. We always had to get one of our guys to load the water on our old top loader. This is as easy as it looks. It has a tube (Makes the water bottle look like a big sports bottle) that is inserted into the bottle (you have to take the whole rubber thing off the bottle) snaps on easy and just move it into the unit, close the door and done!

I purchased this for my family and we have been using it for little over a month. We only use the cold water dispenser and we love it. It produces very cold water and since we live in a warmer climate it is great for us - we are drinking a lot more water with this instead of the using plastic water bottles. We like that it is a bottom load dispenser and it signals with a red light when it is time to change the bottle. We are very happy with this purchase, especially considering the price when purchased.

Sales person lied straight up. Also found out it's Pure Life water they try to give people. It's nasty. What moron bottles filtered Phoenix AZ water? Nestle. That's who. These people sell it. They don't care about providing quality water or decent customer service. Supervisors are useless overall. One called me at 6:40am!
