Bought this as a replacement to an ageing g e top load that was freezing up and frankly the bottles were getting to heavy to load anymore. Very please with it's simplicity and features, like the night light and bottle empty indicator. The hot is piping hot for hot chocolate, oatmeal etc. The cold dispenses fast and is very cold. A snap to install a new bottle and we are on our second bottle since purchasing. I am able to use the rectangular bottle I have been used to picking up for many years as well. Not having that ugly bottle sitting there gives our kitchen a much cleaner and modern look as well.

I brought this cooler to replace my old white one. The chrome and black cooler really looks nice and modern in my new kitchen. The only thing I don’t like about the cooler is you can’t push the blue button to get your water. The red button can be pushed but not the blue button.

We've had this for about a month and so far we're loving it. The only issue I've had is using the Member's Mark 4gal water jug -- when placing the tube/top fitting in the jug, the tube is too long so it must be forced to bend somewhat as you are forcefully pushing the top fitting onto the top of the jug. Inevitably it also overflows a bit and spills (about a cup spills). Not a huge issue for us but annoying. I have not used any other size water yet. The cold water is quite chilled - perhaps not quite as cold as out of the refrigerator. And the hot was hot enough for a cup of tea for me.

The machine is very nice and I love that the bottle is in the bottom cabinet vs having to pick it up and tip over and spilling water but it does make a lot of noise sometimes and no matter how I move the machine, turn the bottle or where I put the hose it still makes noise off and on where I moved into the laundry room instead of having it in my kitchen. It is probably the machine I purchased because my boyfriends mom has one and hers is fine.

We rented our tank for years from a water delivery company. Since our move to GA, we decided to just buy one and get our own bottles as needed. This tank is so easy to set up and use. Since it’s upright, switching out the bottles is effortless; we no longer have to lift them to flip them upside down. The smallest issue with it being upright is that the bottle never completely drains so after switching it you have to empty the remaining water in a cup or bottle.

Gifted to a friend who is constantly buying bottled water for her and her family. When I saw the great deal on this bottom load water dispenser I could not resist. My friend has been using for over a month now and she is very satisfied with the functionality. Easy to load with a sleek door to cover the big water huge jug.

Very nice addition to our office. Especially enjoy the hot water side for oatmeal and tea! Much easier to use than the older traditional water cooler we had, from the standpoint of not having to flip the heavy jug of water on top, to only having to use one hand to dispense water from the machine.

I really like the dispenser and would have given it a 5 if I would have had it in service longer. We have only had it for a few weeks. Really enjoy the hot and cold and the ability to turn them off and on. Really like the bottom load as it looks much better than a top load. Hoping for long term service from this machine.

works better than I thought, we love it. Is very easy to use. Both water's temperature are perfect, I don't have to use the microwave any more for my tea. I has this secure button for hot water for safety. And the best of all is we don't contaminate the planet with thousands of water bottles.

Not to big not to small just right anyone any age can use it water can be hot or cold and even can cut on switch for a night light which is nice very easy to install the water trust me it's a must just refill all our simple modern cups and good to good instead of tons of water bottles
