This was the best purchase I have made in a long time. It is so wonderful to have cold water to drink in the mornings and hot water for tea. I have very poor water quality where I live snd this makes it so much better.

Bought this water dispenser and unfortunately it started leaking a day after install. Returned it for a new one and it has worked great ever since! Must of just had a dud. Love that we don’t have to buy a case of water bottles every week now.

We buy lots of bottles of water. We finally decided to purchase this to see if it was worth it. I have to say it has been a game changer. The water tastes better and for us it is a lot more convenient than putting bottles of water in the fridge. The hot water temperature is great for instant potatoes or oatmeal.

I didn't want a top load because of the location this appliance would be placed in my house so I choose the bottom load. If you're concerns are "it won't use all the water in the bottle" fear not, it empties the bottle completely. The appliance is quiet and works perfectly.

I have used a top load water cooler for 8 years and the cold water in this water cooler is nowhere near as cold. My other cooler had an adjustment to lower the water temp but this one is not adjustable. If I could have adjusted the temp I would be completely satisfied. I wish I would have kept my original cooler but I gave it away when this one arrived. If I would have kept it I would have returned this one.

I recently bought this from Sams for my Son Walker in Jackson MS which has terrible water quality. Within 2 weeks the cold water side quit dispensing sporadically which is very frustrating. The hot water side will work when this happens so i know it's something with a pump or circuit connection. Anyway I will be returning this to Sam's & try another one.

Was quiet at first but when the compressor kicks in it’s getting noisier. A loud humming. Also, the red indicator light that the water jug is empty keeps coming on, even when there’s plenty of water left; sometimes even after I’ve just put in a new one. I’ve had it a month and am strongly considering returning it because of these issues.

Great product! Went with this one due to the other positive reviews (and best price out there) and it didn't disappoint. Love the hot water lock, great to avoid burns for my 4 year old. Water is super cold and super hot, perfect for all our needs. Very quiet and looks great! Will come in handy for my kids when we hit those hot summers, easy for them to get their own water.

I had a tabletop dispenser and it took up a lot of counter space. Once I switched to this, I was able to make my kitchen look less cluttered and my son is able to get a cold glass of water without my help. I'm glad the hot water dispenser has a lock so that my cats cannot press the handle on their own and burn themselves. (They are figuring out the cold handle, so thank goodness there is a small drip tray to catch water when they do.) It is a little loud when it is starting up, but it does quiet down afterwards. I like that the hot and cold have their own switch in the back just in case I have to turn the hot water off all together. The night light is bright enough to where we do not have to turn on any lights when grabbing a glass throughout the night as well.

I love this water dispenser! Worth every penny. It is compact and made with quality. I love the fact that I can just slide the 5 gallon bottle into the dispenser rather than flipping it over like other models. The water gets cold which I love and the hot water is piping so be careful. I have nothing but good things to say about this dispenser!
