Overall the dispenser works great. My only comment is that I think the machine could be a quieter when cooling and heating the water. It's great not having to lift heavy bottles so that in itself is worth the purchase.

We like the convenience of having hot or cold water at the touch of a button, and use this daily. The bottom load feature is a MUST in my opinion. Hoping this one lasts longer than our last one did.

We haven't had this very long but love it so far! This will pay for itself very quickly and it's nice to have hot and cold water available at any time.

Only had this cooler about a month. It is very noisy when the cooler comes on to cool the water. On my unit it is the side panel that is rattling. The hot water is extremely hot and the cold water is very cold. Overall the unit has been great.

This purchase saved me from having to pay monthly payments. It’s been well worth the money you don’t have to lift the bottle and turn it upside down, the water is cold. It also has the hot option when needed

Bought this as a gift for a friend and she absolutly loves it. She loves the slim profile as she lives in a small space and it's very convienant to have the instant hot and cold water.

Water cooler works great. Loading the bottle in the bottom of the unit is much easier than lifting the bottle off the floor to place it on top of the unit.

I use this water cooler everyday at work. The hot water is HOT and the cool water is cool. The flat top is a convenient location for the coffee machine!

A great addition to the house. Pretty easy to load, but the hot water is tricky. Do you let up or let go first?? I’ve burned myself a few times, but I’m keeping hydrated and that was the whole point.
