Works fine but when I pulled it out of the box the door was noticeably dented. Its a pretty sturdy unit so it must have taken some great force to bend like that.

This purchase saved me from having to pay monthly payments. It’s been well worth the money you don’t have to lift the bottle and turn it upside down, the water is cold. It also has the hot option when needed

Overall the dispenser works great. My only comment is that I think the machine could be a quieter when cooling and heating the water. It's great not having to lift heavy bottles so that in itself is worth the purchase.

A great addition to the house. Pretty easy to load, but the hot water is tricky. Do you let up or let go first?? I’ve burned myself a few times, but I’m keeping hydrated and that was the whole point.

After researching several brands and models, we decided to buy this Primo unit. It has been working good, very quiet and produces cold water on demand. No issues or problems

This was the best purchase I have made in a long time. It is so wonderful to have cold water to drink in the mornings and hot water for tea. I have very poor water quality where I live snd this makes it so much better.

Water cooler works great. Loading the bottle in the bottom of the unit is much easier than lifting the bottle off the floor to place it on top of the unit.

We haven't had this very long but love it so far! This will pay for itself very quickly and it's nice to have hot and cold water available at any time.

Bought this water dispenser and unfortunately it started leaking a day after install. Returned it for a new one and it has worked great ever since! Must of just had a dud. Love that we don’t have to buy a case of water bottles every week now.

This water dispenser is awesome! It gives hot and cold water at the touch of a button. Plus the bottle goes on the bottom so no heavy lifting (once yiu get the bottles home). This is the 2nd one I've bought and wouldnt be without it.
