I am sorry very happy that I purchased the Primo Pro Plus. It makes life a lot simple and it was easy to set up.

This machine does not dispense cold or hot water. The water is the same temperature. It's easy to assemble, just doesn't work as it should.

I love my Primo. This is my second one. The first lasted over 5 years. The cold water is chilled and the hot is fantastic for tea.

WE went from a cooler with the bottle on top and this definitely looks better. Only downside is it can be noisey when it is pumping the water.

Nice water machine I like the stainless steel and bottom area for water. It’s a very easy machine to use and it has nice features such as a led light for night time use. I’m very pleased so far with my new water dispenser.

This water dispenser is awesome! It gives hot and cold water at the touch of a button. Plus the bottle goes on the bottom so no heavy lifting (once yiu get the bottles home). This is the 2nd one I've bought and wouldnt be without it.

Works fine but when I pulled it out of the box the door was noticeably dented. Its a pretty sturdy unit so it must have taken some great force to bend like that.

After researching several brands and models, we decided to buy this Primo unit. It has been working good, very quiet and produces cold water on demand. No issues or problems

Water dispenser works great. Access to water dispensing valves are too low for my preference, so I installed it on a pedestal to make it more accessible.

It's a little noisy and I don't like that I have to hold the glass rather than have it sit on the ledge as my previous one allowed. But I do like the flow speed.
