quality control is a problem. I have had 3 coolers in under 2 years as they keep going out.

Annoyingly loud between use and if it is remotely close to an empty gallon... the machine growls non stop!

Easy to plug into the 5 gallon water bottle and compartment. Do not need to use Primo water container!

This machine does not dispense cold or hot water. The water is the same temperature. It's easy to assemble, just doesn't work as it should.

Leaked 3 times, all over our wwood floor, i thought it would stop after first time, out of the blue it would just leak, finally returned.

Water is cold but it is so obnoxiously loud when cooling which happens quite often. Ready to take it back.

I love my Primo. This is my second one. The first lasted over 5 years. The cold water is chilled and the hot is fantastic for tea.

Just purchased, works famously. Love the hot an cold feature and also bottom loading so no lifting of bottles.

Very happy with this purchase so far. Both the hot and cold water work perfect. Easy to replace the water container

Pours fast and cold but you can still taste the plastic line in the water. On our third 5 gallons and it's finally going away.
