quality control is a problem. I have had 3 coolers in under 2 years as they keep going out.

Leaked 3 times, all over our wwood floor, i thought it would stop after first time, out of the blue it would just leak, finally returned.

Bought roughly two weeks ago, the product is working great. It runs quietly and heats and cools water well. I would by again.

Water is cold but it is so obnoxiously loud when cooling which happens quite often. Ready to take it back.

Just purchased, works famously. Love the hot an cold feature and also bottom loading so no lifting of bottles.

Pours fast and cold but you can still taste the plastic line in the water. On our third 5 gallons and it's finally going away.

Annoyingly loud between use and if it is remotely close to an empty gallon... the machine growls non stop!

Easy to plug into the 5 gallon water bottle and compartment. Do not need to use Primo water container!

Nice design, like the bottom loading water jug. The only complaint I have is the hot water button sticks every once and a while.
