Easy to load either a 3 or 5 gallon jug. My kids love that they can refill their own water bottles with ease. Easy to use no installation required. Just plug in add a jug of water and your set for chemical free water.

If I feel like a cup of tea, all I have to do is fill a cup from the hot water side. No longer am I waiting for a teapot to boil. The kids love it too. Ice cold water I can trust to hydrate my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Primo Pro-Plus Bottom-Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser is fairly small in size making it ideal for a small office or waiting room.  I also see where this could be useable in a home setting.  The black color paired with the stainless steel was very eye catching. It was very easy to set up.  Once the 12 minutes to make the water hot and about an hour to make it very cold, it was just a push of a button.  The water came out very hot and I did not see anywhere to turn the temperature down.  As for the cold side, the first few ounces were just cool but after that it got very cold, no ice needed. If you have small humans around it is so easy that they can do it.  There was a safety feature on the hot water part where you had to push the red button and push back on the lever to make it work but I would still keep a close eye on that in your home or office.  It is also nice that there is a switch on the back to turn off the hot water when you may not need it or have kids in that area. I liked that I did not have to lift up the five gallon water container.  Instead you just open the door to the unit, drag the bottle over and maneuver it up the ramp on to the shelf.  Once the hose is set in the bottle you are back in business.  It does put out a bit of heat so I placed it a few inches from the wall, as it was recommended in the directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having to load the bottle from the top is the best thing ever. No matter how many times I do it, I still spill a little. And even now, with the cap getting to stay on, it's still annoying to load the bottle. Everything else is fantastic too. Cold water is cold, hot water is hot. And not having the bottle stored on top, makes the overall appearance much nicer.

Easy to setup and use and doesn’t take long to get water at all. Primo water is really good and tasty specially when you have hot and cold water at your hands.

The delivery was fast and on time, and the cooler looks nice; however, it's very loud. I didn't expect that. It hums loudly as it cycles through the cooling process every few minutes. Also, speaking of the cold water, it's not super cold.....more like cool.

This cooler is so nice, we had one previously but it didnt have the hot water option and the water wasnt near as cold as this one. We have a rambunctious 2 year and she has already been inspecting the cooler so I love that it has a switch to turn the hot water side on and off and you have to press the red button and dispenser peddle at the same time to keep her from getting burned. I also love that the bottle of water isnt sitting on top like most coolers it is hidden in the fridge area below and it was super easy to install, just insert the tube and pop the top on and it was ready.
