I've had it for a month. It works as advertised. The hot water is perfect for a cup of instant coffee or some tea. My only, and biggest, complaint is the night light. It doesn't help. What is the point of a night light if the beam is not directed into the cup to see how high the water is getting. Completely useless feature. Very stupid design.

If I feel like a cup of tea, all I have to do is fill a cup from the hot water side. No longer am I waiting for a teapot to boil. The kids love it too. Ice cold water I can trust to hydrate my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Primo Deluxe Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser is a great addition to our kitchen. It has both hot and cold features which is a plus and is was very easy to set up. The spigot for hot water heats water just enough for hot tea and instant coffee so boiling water on the stove for hot beverages is a thing of the past. There is a safety button above the hot water spigot to avoid small children pushing the dispenser. The bottled water is way better tasting than the hard water that comes out of our tap and even our calcium rich water that comes out of our filtered refrigerator. The cold water comes out very cold, also. Again, this beats the filtered water from our refrigerator. Bottom loading! So easy to insert water bottles! This unit also has a nightlight, for late night drinks. An easy to remove drip tray with a float to tell you when an overflow of water may occur. This is a great addition to our kitchen, and we have now added a coffee and tea bar right next to it. Awesome!

I love that the bottle goes underneath and doesn't have to be flipped upside down to be used. The hot and cold water options make this invaluable! Easy to load either a 3 or 5 gallon jug. My kids love that they can refill their own water bottles with ease. Easy to use no installation required. Just plug in add a jug of water and your set for chemical free water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After searching for just the right water dispenser for my family I found the Primo Pro Plus hot and cold dispenser. We have been using this dispenser for a few weeks now and it has us all drinking more water. I am using the 5-gal refillable water bottle, but this does take the 3-gal bottle too. I like that there is a safety feature locking the hot water from dispensing if you have small kids in the household. The set up took 5 minutes and cold water was ready in 1 hour and hot water in 15 minutes. I like that the switches are on the back so I can turn them off and on without moving the dispenser. There is also a nightlight feature. The light is not overly bright but makes dispensing water easy if you don’t want to turn the lights on. This has already saved me time and money, no extra water bottles to buy or dispose of and its cheaper to buy the big bottle of water. Convenient too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Primo Pro-Plus Bottom-Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser is fairly small in size making it ideal for a small office or waiting room.  I also see where this could be useable in a home setting.  The black color paired with the stainless steel was very eye catching. It was very easy to set up.  Once the 12 minutes to make the water hot and about an hour to make it very cold, it was just a push of a button.  The water came out very hot and I did not see anywhere to turn the temperature down.  As for the cold side, the first few ounces were just cool but after that it got very cold, no ice needed. If you have small humans around it is so easy that they can do it.  There was a safety feature on the hot water part where you had to push the red button and push back on the lever to make it work but I would still keep a close eye on that in your home or office.  It is also nice that there is a switch on the back to turn off the hot water when you may not need it or have kids in that area. I liked that I did not have to lift up the five gallon water container.  Instead you just open the door to the unit, drag the bottle over and maneuver it up the ramp on to the shelf.  Once the hose is set in the bottle you are back in business.  It does put out a bit of heat so I placed it a few inches from the wall, as it was recommended in the directions.
