[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having to load the bottle from the top is the best thing ever. No matter how many times I do it, I still spill a little. And even now, with the cap getting to stay on, it's still annoying to load the bottle. Everything else is fantastic too. Cold water is cold, hot water is hot. And not having the bottle stored on top, makes the overall appearance much nicer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this water cooler a few weeks ago, and I'm so glad I did. The water goes in the bottom so it's very easy to install. The hot water is very hot and has a child safety lock on it, which is good if you have small children. The cold water comes out very cold too, it doe not have a child safety on it so you will need to watch small children or your water will flood the floor. Overall this is a great water cooler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Primo bottom loading water dispenser makes life a lot easier for us; we used to run downstairs to get water for our kids throughout the day, now we have this water dispenser upstairs and it saved up a lot of energy (especially in the middle of the night) to be able to get both cold and hot water right outside our bedrooms. I also like that it is bottom loading therefore I do not need to lift the bottle when refilling. The water dispenser itself is very straightforward and easy to set up as well. I did not realize what a difference having a water dispenser close to our bedrooms will make and now I do not think I can go back to not having it here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this water dispenser for a little over a week now and I love it! It's very easy to use and it's great to have cool and clean water available during our hot Texas days. This will do great over the summer in my shed.

I can't believe I've rented a top loader from my water company for over 20 years. I've wanted a bottom loader for the last 3 years and got this on sale at Sams. Like they say it's the little things that matter. My favorite favorite thing about this water dispenser is the push paddles to fill your glass/cup with only using one hand for the cold and hot (hot needs a quick safety push of the button but you don't need to hold). I love the bottom loading, so I don't have to heft up the heavy water bottles. It's not that I can't, just don't want to. With my old dispenser, I had to hold the glass with one hand and hold the spicket lever with the other. This one just makes life easier. If I had one suggestion for a future upgrade, it would be to put a night or LED light above where the water fills (instead of the middle of the unit) so you can see it fill at night. All-in-all, I am in love with this unit. I'll let you know if anything changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a gorgeous water dispenser? This Primo deluxe bottom loading water dispenser is amazing and such a high quality product! I set it up and was able to use it almost instantly. The hot was was piping hot within 15 minutes and I love how there is a safety button for the hot water dispenser because I do have kids in my house. The cold water after chilling for a little while was amazing and very refreshing. It's a perfect size, not big and bulky and very modern. Goes great in my kitchen ! I definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Was initially excited to get this item, but that only lasted until I opened the door to put the water bottle in. The door fell off as soon as I opened it. Apparently the manufacturer thought it was a good idea to put a metal pin on the bottom hinge and a plastic on on the top hinge. Needless to say, the top hinge broke. Taking this cheaply made item back immediately.
