Great deal at Sam's on their member event day. It came with a coupon for a free bottle of water but it was a hassle getting an override for that coupon to be accepted (at another store). My only complaint with the unit is the water is not really chilled. I was expecting ice cold water I suppose.

Ive had this model for 6 yrs %26 the previous owner had it for about a year. It works really well! I have had to keep re-wiring it because of the mice chewing the wires constantly but other than that it is quiet %26 there are no issues with it! Best purchase ever made! I’d buy another one if this particular one was in stock again!

The hot has a button that needs pushed in order for dispensing which is a great safety feature. Plus, the cold and hot have optional on/off switches Incase you don’t want either. Then it also has a light which I feel is pretty useless since it sits below where you fill the cup at. Overall highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great looking water cooler. I like not having the jug on top it looks better and also not having to lift jugs up is a nice bonus. I like that it has 3 switches 1 to turn on cold 1 for hot and 1 for the night light. Although the hot has a safety feature for kids we keep it off until we need it. The water heats up very fast so it works for us. The water gets plenty cold and that takes about an hour to get cooled down on the first jug. Its also not to loud when its cooling the water. It also has 2 handles to easily move around your house or office.

Was initially excited to get this item, but that only lasted until I opened the door to put the water bottle in. The door fell off as soon as I opened it. Apparently the manufacturer thought it was a good idea to put a metal pin on the bottom hinge and a plastic on on the top hinge. Needless to say, the top hinge broke. Taking this cheaply made item back immediately.

I bought this dispenser less than a year ago and it almost started a fire in my house. I noticed a burning smell in my house and realize it was some type of electrical smoke. Turns out the water dispenser began smoking for no reason. If I were not home, this would have caused a fire and ruined everything I had. DO NOT buy this. I will be returning this to sam’s club ASAP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a gorgeous water dispenser? This Primo deluxe bottom loading water dispenser is amazing and such a high quality product! I set it up and was able to use it almost instantly. The hot was was piping hot within 15 minutes and I love how there is a safety button for the hot water dispenser because I do have kids in my house. The cold water after chilling for a little while was amazing and very refreshing. It's a perfect size, not big and bulky and very modern. Goes great in my kitchen ! I definitely recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Primo Pro-Plus Bottom-Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser is fairly small in size making it ideal for a small office or waiting room.  I also see where this could be useable in a home setting.  The black color paired with the stainless steel was very eye catching. It was very easy to set up.  Once the 12 minutes to make the water hot and about an hour to make it very cold, it was just a push of a button.  The water came out very hot and I did not see anywhere to turn the temperature down.  As for the cold side, the first few ounces were just cool but after that it got very cold, no ice needed. If you have small humans around it is so easy that they can do it.  There was a safety feature on the hot water part where you had to push the red button and push back on the lever to make it work but I would still keep a close eye on that in your home or office.  It is also nice that there is a switch on the back to turn off the hot water when you may not need it or have kids in that area. I liked that I did not have to lift up the five gallon water container.  Instead you just open the door to the unit, drag the bottle over and maneuver it up the ramp on to the shelf.  Once the hose is set in the bottle you are back in business.  It does put out a bit of heat so I placed it a few inches from the wall, as it was recommended in the directions.

Where we live in Michigan the water is undrinkable so this is an awesome addition to our home!!
