I can't believe I've rented a top loader from my water company for over 20 years. I've wanted a bottom loader for the last 3 years and got this on sale at Sams. Like they say it's the little things that matter. My favorite favorite thing about this water dispenser is the push paddles to fill your glass/cup with only using one hand for the cold and hot (hot needs a quick safety push of the button but you don't need to hold). I love the bottom loading, so I don't have to heft up the heavy water bottles. It's not that I can't, just don't want to. With my old dispenser, I had to hold the glass with one hand and hold the spicket lever with the other. This one just makes life easier. If I had one suggestion for a future upgrade, it would be to put a night or LED light above where the water fills (instead of the middle of the unit) so you can see it fill at night. All-in-all, I am in love with this unit. I'll let you know if anything changes.

The hot has a button that needs pushed in order for dispensing which is a great safety feature. Plus, the cold and hot have optional on/off switches Incase you don’t want either. Then it also has a light which I feel is pretty useless since it sits below where you fill the cup at. Overall highly recommended.

Love that the bottle goes right side up and gets drawn into the cooler vs having a big bottle to flip over and deal with. The machine is quiet and only has a low groan while refilling with water. I have it in an office kitchen, so there isn’t any noise to bother anyone. Hot water is hot and great for making tea, the cool water is good and the cold water is nice and cold.LED light isn’t overpowering, but lights up the tray well. I have no complaints about this cooler at the moment. We save a lot of money by filling up our bottles on our own at the self-service station near you, versus a bottle delivery service or bottled water. Can’t go wrong with this cooler. Cold water is just the right temperature, hot is great for instant noodles & coffee or tea. Seems to be made very well. Sturdy and surprisingly lighter than I had thought it would be. I think its a solid purchase and well worth every cent. Love everything about it and I don't worry about wasting water because everyone uses it before its time to change the bottle. Last thing I love about this is I am not having all the waste from so many empty bottles and It looks super sleek .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s really nice to have water at your finger tips to make tea, or fill up a water bottle and be the appropriate temperature instantly. My wife has an electric tea kettle, but it doesn’t make hot water instantly like this water dispenser does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After searching for just the right water dispenser for my family I found the Primo Pro Plus hot and cold dispenser. We have been using this dispenser for a few weeks now and it has us all drinking more water. I am using the 5-gal refillable water bottle, but this does take the 3-gal bottle too. I like that there is a safety feature locking the hot water from dispensing if you have small kids in the household. The set up took 5 minutes and cold water was ready in 1 hour and hot water in 15 minutes. I like that the switches are on the back so I can turn them off and on without moving the dispenser. There is also a nightlight feature. The light is not overly bright but makes dispensing water easy if you don’t want to turn the lights on. This has already saved me time and money, no extra water bottles to buy or dispose of and its cheaper to buy the big bottle of water. Convenient too.

Makes it so a little kid can not get the hot water and get burned. I am very impressed with how well this works. I have always wanted one. It also is easy to change out the water as well.
