Bought this dispenser 4 years ago. Pump finally gave out. I am VERY satisfied with the performance as I have to change bottles every other day. So, this dispenser has pumped 2 gallons of water almost every day for four years. Have never had problems with leaks, cold or hot water. Although the pump began "complaining" about a year ago so we knew that the pump was close to failing. I am on my way to purchase another in 15 minutes.

Where we live in Michigan the water is undrinkable so this is an awesome addition to our home!!

I bought this dispenser less than a year ago and it almost started a fire in my house. I noticed a burning smell in my house and realize it was some type of electrical smoke. Turns out the water dispenser began smoking for no reason. If I were not home, this would have caused a fire and ruined everything I had. DO NOT buy this. I will be returning this to sam’s club ASAP!

Do not buy this unless you plan on buying PRIMO water bottles. The water spigot that goes into the bottle will not come close to reaching the bottom leaving you with all this water still left in the bottle when the change bottle light goes on. I am sure this is to get you to buy the PRIMO brand water bottles. It's not adjustable like on their other models. The other thing is the water lines are really thin compared to other models as well. This impacts the speed at which the unit works. You get what you pay for in this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. The water is perfectly cold and also heats it to the right temp. It is a little noisy for cooling the water but it is tolerable. I do like the bottom loading feature of it over the top loading, as it is just to hard for me to lift the water so I can replace it myself this way.

bought this and after 2 1/2 years had trouble dispensing cold water, but hot will work. others had similar problems. trouble shooted and got working but nows keeps happening frequently. luckily bought extened warrenty and in process of requesting return or refund. will not buy this one again. enjoyed it when it worked and looked nice.

This one is great because you don't have to pick up a heavy bottle and turn it upside down! It's great to have hot or cold water available right when you want or need it.
