Returning this...

The machine doesn’t recognize that there is a jog of water in it so while it will dispense it, it won’t cool or warm the water.

Thank you for reaching out. Primo Water dispensers range in temperatures. Cold water will generally be between 37F and 50F while hot water is generally between 182F and 210F. Model number 601144 has a slightly lower hot temperatures ranging between 176F and 198F.  If you feel that the unit is not reaching the cold temperatures mentioned, please follow the below troubleshooting tips: Turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine. While the machine is turned off and unplugged, dispense about 4 cups of water from the cold dispenser. Then, plug the machine back on and turn on only the green switch. Allow one hour for the unit to cool the water before checking the temperature. Bad buy

Bought one unit from Sams in 2020 within 6 months it stop working. Primo replaced that unit with a similar model and now it no longer will dispense cold water even after trouble shooting. Very poorly made. Do not buy.

Cannot remember when I did not have the Primo!

Easy getting hot or cold water! Unit is in my office. Had a couple problems getting empty light to turn off. Just had to move the bottle and pump. I have had this unit for a year. Water I get is free from a spring!

Loud as heck!

This water dispenser is louder than my 10 years old fridge and my new wave oven together. Should’ve read the reviewS before making the purchased!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t buy if noise is a factor for you.

Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense water, so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it. If it does not fix it, please reach out to us so that we can review other options. Hot is hot and cold is cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s really nice to have water at your finger tips to make tea, or fill up a water bottle and be the appropriate temperature instantly. My wife has an electric tea kettle, but it doesn’t make hot water instantly like this water dispenser does.

Water Spigot Too Short!

Do not buy this unless you plan on buying PRIMO water bottles. The water spigot that goes into the bottle will not come close to reaching the bottom leaving you with all this water still left in the bottle when the change bottle light goes on. I am sure this is to get you to buy the PRIMO brand water bottles. It's not adjustable like on their other models. The other thing is the water lines are really thin compared to other models as well. This impacts the speed at which the unit works. You get what you pay for in this model.

Just what the office needed!
