Save Your Money!!

I have owned this machine for close to 2 years. It worked without any issues for approximately 6 months. The movement from pulling and pushing the jug in and out will eventually tear up the hose attachment where it attaches to the pump (the small tube inside the hose literally broke in half). If you call Primo you will have the privilege to speak with some very nasty customer service representatives who will then inform you that they do not sell the replacement part that you need and that your machine is now garbage. This was an expensive purchase to only last 2 years. We absolutely love a water cooler, but will buy from a more reputable company next time!

water dispenser

Bought the first one, opened it and it was dented. Exchanged it for another one. Opened it, no dent but there were black pieces coming off. It was broken somewhere inside. Not worth it after bringing up and down 3 flights of stairs twice. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Very happy with ours

We’ve had our for some time now. Works great. Love having cold and hot water the second I want it. Looks nice in my kitchen. We all drink more water now. Even the grandson loves it. We are actually getting each of our grown children one for Christmas this year(2020). Love the fact we don’t have to lift it to put it in on the top. Easy to use. Love it. Definitely recommend it.

Greatest thing ever...

So we drink A LOT of water.. I just didn’t realize how much haha. But buying this machine was the best decision we could have made. No more bottled water! I went to Lowe’s and got a dispenser to put on one of the Primo bottles for traveling in the car. We can always buy ice! This machine gets water super cold super fast. It also gets hot when needed. I don’t see myself using the hot a lot but hey.. I got options!! I’m actually about to purchase my parents one for Christmas.

Great water cooler!

I was very apprehensive about buying this cooler after reading some of the reviews. I’m glad I decided to take a chance. I don’t see how anyone can call it noisy. Anything with a compressor is going to have a hum when it’s running. My refrigerator is much louder. The cold water is very cold and the hot water very hot. Don’t forget to turn on the rear switches.

worst water cooler i have ever owned

this is the first bottom fill cooler I have ever owned. it hums and is loud every time the cooler comes on to cool the water. if you own a top bottle cooler do not change to a bottom fill or you will be sorry. I bought this cooler in Dec. 2018 and I do not thank they have changed since then

Dead after not even a year

I bought this on September 8,2019 (because our water is HORRIBLE where we live) and tried to dispense water this morning and nothing happened. No water out of the hot or cold side at all. It worked just fine last night. For something this expensive, I would expect it to last for more than a year. Very disappointed.

Not a good option

I bought the dispenser and one month later I started having issues with the red light being on and the water not dispensing. The hose has lost suction power and at times the dispenser will stop working completely. It is a low quality product. I don't recommend it.

Leaking, Only 30 days old

I woke up to it leaking today. The tray is full of water and I can't get the tray off to dump it or figure out why it is even leaking in the first place. I mean, why is the tray even full? I just used it no problem last night and today it's broken. Very disappointed. This was NOT worth the money at all.

works great if you can find the bottles

the machine itself works perfect but they have stopped selling the bottles that go along with it in the entire state of oklahoma. I feel guilty for telling people they should get it just for sams to no longer sell the bottles to fill it! Because his was the main reason we purchased a Sam's club membership we are very disappointed.
