Developed Leak After Flawless Performance

Surprised when the dispenser began leaking most of a 5 gallon jug onto the floor from the upper section of the dispenser. Have used this since we purchased it in late 2020 without a problem. Would appreciate returning this to service or getting another similar or better dispenser to replace it.
