So Far So Good .... I'm happy :)

Love it so Far..... It's been a few months. Ease of loading water. Cold water is cold - hot water is hot, on/off button to get room temperature. I was renting a water cooler, now i am much happier with just purchasing one. Loading water is a snap now :)

Awesome product!!

I have owned and used two of these water dispensers...over 20 years. I know the one now is on its last leg. It's 9yrs old. I love both the hot/cold. The hot water is such a convenience! I also love the bottom load. Much easier for a getting older person. It seems the price went up a lot, but I am older, I don't remember things. 🤣 Super product!!!

Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to help you find a solution to this issue. Steps to fix your dispenser are below: • If water is leaking from the taps this is generally due to mineral buildup and you should refer back to the bottom loading cleaning instructions. • If water is leaking from the overflow hole beside the spouts, then the most likely cause is that the reservoir lid is loose. Please follow the instructions in the video link below, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRfnmQOUcLs&feature=youtu.beIf it does not fix it, email us at social@dsservices.com, in the body of your email please provide your first and last name, address, phone number, as well as the model and serial number displayed on the back of the unit. Thank you,Debra H.

Great product!

I bought this a week ago. So far so good. The hot water is a perfect hot for tea. The cold water is crispy and tasty. Some reviewers said the dispenser was noisy. I disagree, my dispenser is fine. I would like to add that the 4 gallon members mark brand fits fine in the dispenser. My family is drinking more water and we are not disposing any plastic bottles into the landfill.
