Love it so Far..... It's been a few months. Ease of loading water. Cold water is cold - hot water is hot, on/off button to get room temperature. I was renting a water cooler, now i am much happier with just purchasing one. Loading water is a snap now :)

I wouldn't recommend this. The first one wouldn't recognize the bottle was empty in the first 90 days. However it was quiet. Exchanged for one that made such a large cracking and rattling noise my dogs would bark. We are on our 3rd one in a total of 6 months and this one is getting noisier

This device is fantastic

Ours lasted about 2 years, when the pump became noisier and noisier. Now no pump running at all. Can buy an aftermarket pump for $70, but it appears ours has different fittings from the videos or the aftermarket pump. Primo has no parts. Always using the Sam's 4 gallon jugs of water so wasn't a hard water problem. Would have expected a longer than 2 year life, will consider others

I purchased this item Nov I ask to be canceled on Nov 27 2023. And the product was still delivered. I have been calling customer service they refused to refused to sent label for return. Very nasty ref# 231112701938. I'm 66yrs old disabled no car This is very unprofessional I paid 171.00 for item. They told me I could not bring back to store because online service was helping me. I asked customer service to cancel so I could bring product back I was told they couldn't. I have no problem with sam club shopping it is the customer service. I have spend 💯 of dollars at Sam's club. Somebody needs to check into the customer service Dept. This
