This is my 2nd dispenser in 2 years and they both went out, water keeps freezing. So there is no hot or cold water and it is very loud when it is working

received it as a mothers day gift. only lasted 8 months. went to our local sams store where it was bought and since i didn't have the purchase receipt i could not exchange it.

It been a month since I've received this product, so far so good. The only issue I having is I can get my hot water going, not sure if there's something else needed or want. If anyone can share what I am missing, I greatly appreciate your kindness:)

Disliked bottom loading feature. The probe that goes into the water bottle just didn't feel ideal. Seems more hygienic to use gravity, with bottle on the top. I switched to another model by Primo. Happy with that one!

We bought this cooler worked great at first. Then started to freeze up. Called company they would not replace. Says it's the compressor. I guess this is a known issue for these.

We are on our second dispenser. The first one was returned after a week. The second one we have had for about 8 months and it just stopped working all of the sudden. Hoping sams will take it back

We had this cooler for a year and loved it. But, all of a sudden it was a waterfall of water from a unknown location after getting a glass of water. Should last longer then a year. Would not recommend

I bought this just over a month ago and the reservoir has already failed and leaks all over the place, while endlessly draining water jugs. This thing is a piece of junk and I cannot recommend against it strongly enough.

After 18 months leaked and spewed waters all over my hardwood floors. Cupping and damaging the floors. Not not mention the water leaked through the ceiling in my finished basement. Malfunctioning piece of garbage
