It was unboxed, set up, never moved. Used for 3 months, started leaking. Lost several gallons of water over the course of a month before we realized it wasn't a plumbing problem. I expected it to last longer than 3 months. Returned for a full refund

We Bought this model 8 months ago and it has already stopped working properly. Continually freezing up when plugged in and dispenser won't dispense water. We unplug unit to thaw plug it in and it freezes up again

I purchased my Primo Pro, awhile back and it's Awesome!! Never got my hot water to work, all good? By chance can anyone tell me do the filter ever need replacing and if so, where can I get it?

This is more of a question. When i first got this, the blue button could be pushed in and i thoughy maybe its a lock feature for kids. But now the button cannot be pushed and seems to have no purpose and the manual doesnt say what it is for. Does anyone know?? I know its working just fine but would love to know if it is a lock as i have a 3 year old and 1 year old who could try playing with it.

The worst machine and customer service I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. 1st one we purchased broke within 3 months! Sams would not return exchange or refund the purchase. My family wanted to get another one thinking it was just a bad one so we unfortunately purchased another Primo machine and lo and behold it broke again. Water just stops coming out. We looked online for help tried everything they said to do nothing worked so they said it must be frozen. Lucky us... Again even more rude customer service to deal with... needless to say won't purchase another one and certainly won't recommend this product or this company, they don't stand by their products at all.
