It works great the cold water is the perfect temperature the reason for only 4 stars is that the cooling unit is very noisy and very loud

Purchased this new cooler for office. WE LOVE IT! Not sure why we waited so long. It came quickly and install easy. Wont ever be without it.

Works Great But a Lil Noisy when cooling water. U can turn it off if you don’t need cold water though.

I love my Primo water despenser! Easy to install. Love the instant hot water for tea. I would highly recommend this product.
