The water tastes like plastic and it is not very cold. Yes, the unit is turned to the ON position for both hot and cold.

still getting use to it . I wish it had a room temp spicket. Some spillage on filling 16 oz bottle (removing bottle when it's full)

The water is ice cold, a flashing light to change the water, and a nicer dispenser than holding down a button!

Leaks water returning to store. One day after getting bottle and setting it up it was leaking in floor. Not happy hope the replacement works better.

Had this for about 3 weeks, works as expected. You have to push a button while dispensing the hot water, a child safety measure.

Good idea will all drinking water safety alerts. If I keep electricity on then I will have safer water to use.
