Works Great But a Lil Noisy when cooling water. U can turn it off if you don’t need cold water though.

Easy to set up. I bought if for my daughter and she had no problem setting the machine in place. It is a beautiful addition to her small kitchen.

I own an older version and love it. Bought this one for a housewarming gift for our son. It's every bit as good, so far they love it.

Would have given 5 except that the dispenser lever doesn't stop flow soon enough and causes some water to end up in the tray.

It works great the cold water is the perfect temperature the reason for only 4 stars is that the cooling unit is very noisy and very loud

Bottom load is great. Great price! So nice to have. Doesn’t make water super hot or cold but we don’t mind.
