Hi Ed,Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to help you with this. Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense water, so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it. If it does not fix it, we will need to look at other options. Troubleshooting effectiveness is at its highest when it is over the phone, and the customer is at the machine. Since we are unable to call out, please call us at (844) 237-7466 Monday-Friday between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm EST to do further troubleshooting so that we may get your product back into working order.
